In addition, the user support is close and pleasant, I never had problems with my questions and queries. At the time, look for several simple but powerful tools, which are free or at least cheap, to help an entrepreneur like me, who wanted to fulfill a dream and meet the difficulties you face. In the world of recruiting specialized profiles, you need an ally to help you, especially since you cannot face the high costs that LinkedIn has. In some options I find it limited, as well as the price is high for countries where the US dollar is an expensive currency (such as Argentina, where the basic salary in dollars is USD200). It makes my recruitment of profiles much easier, since I can add contacts according to specific search criteria, send them bulk messages and achieve greater productivity with it. As I indicated previously, automating such a tedious task as sending messages to many people daily and also by personalizing the messages, helped me a lot, saving me countless hours of my life. Octopus CRM is a fraction the price of competing Linkedin outreach and data mining tools. For tens of dollars a month you get the same funtionaliy as other services charging hundreds of dollars. It is intuitve to use and when I have reached out for support they were thorough and reasonably quick considering the time-zone difference. They offer a free trial and low cost month by. month subscription. Try it, you'll like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Octopus CRM? Not a dislike, but the only missing feature is the ability to "blaklist" contacts from messaging. There are some contacts that I wish to keep, but don't want to messae any longer. During Covid this became particulary acute as some contacts were laid off/furloughed. They will get positions again but in the mean time it is insentive to bulk messaging them with messages related to their previous position. One of the great features of Octopus CRM is the ability to create drip camaigns, but finding and removing indivduals is not easy. A blacklist woudl solve that problem. It has also proven to be an easy way to export my connetion list including the email addresses of Contacts. It lets me then run follow-up email campaings for those that use work email or Facebook retargeting campaings for those that use their personal email addresses. For instance, when I used it first, I started sending 50 connection requests per day and my account was flagged and I wasn't able to make new connection requests for 2 to 3 days. The ability to manage LinkedIn connections and messages through Octopus. This helps my sales activity tremendously. Also the ability to easily send contacts to octopus through LinkedIn. I would like the ability to create chain, multi step messages which Octopus does not have yet. Also the ability to manage LinkedIn connections like a true CRM would be nice.
