**What do you like best about New Relic?**

NRQL, very similar to SQL, quickly writes to get desired data, create dashboards, or even share the result via quick link.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

There are some limitations to save text data. I would love to store full text or JSON data, it would be great to analyze later.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Try to find out any anomalies from the logs we save to NRQL.

Able to quickly find out issues from analyzing data.

  ### 7. Been going downhill for years. I'm surprised their rating is this high. Do they pay for reviews??

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

Has support for monitoring the software and databases that we use.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

I have used New Relic for 6+ years across 3 companies. The quality 6 years ago was >= their quality now. Previous two companies no longer use it, and I'm migrating features off of it for my current company.

Cost is far higher than the value they provide. Gets higher over time, while features have more bugs and are never improved. AWS and others have many of New Relic's features built-in and free now.

Many bugs and poor UI decisions. Over and over and over again. Most recent one caused us to not receive any notifications when our servers were having major problems.

Even the simplest email support requires a very expensive subscription. We pay more than $2000 per year and they directed us to their "community forum". What a joke.

Main feature requests we give them never get implemented.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

First try to use your current cloud provider for free and more reliable services.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to check performance of our servers over time and get notified when servers go down or struggle.

  ### 8. New Relic has been a very useful tool for monitoring services health and has really nice views.

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

I like the integrations aspect and I also loved the user-friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

I think there is scope for advanced analytics drill down on health and monitoring dashboards

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Good for setting up infrastructure health view

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring application health and pager duty integration

  ### 9. Great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The way that organizes and the new dashboards this allows a lot of flexibility for support people

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Is very strange to change from old panel to new it cost some work to understand this change

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E are giving visibility to people that can't see the infrastructure directly but needs to resolve or take a first lo to the reported problems

  ### 10. Usefull out of box!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yurii P. | DevOps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2021

Lots of useful out of box functionality, with a very little setup.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

A bit slow UI. Rather that that, it is very good

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Application monitoring gives lots of insights, up to the code level. It makes debugging performance issues very easy

  ### 11. The easiest and the most effective way to count your visitors and insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shako S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

It's interface is really easy to understand. It's not complicated and in most of cases you don't have any questions how to do something. However, if there's still something that you don't understand, you can find any kind of information in New Relic documentations.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

What I dislike in this product is its price. I understand that it does many things and its very needed "tool" that can be implemented within a company or a corporation, but I find its price a bit high than it should be.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

My recommendation to other users of New Relic Insights will be to use API's. With help of those API's you can automate many things and build alerting system.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can build different charts and diagrams using new relic. You can sort your data by internet service providers, by the devices that are used by visitors. Another huge benefit is API. You can automate many things with help of those API's with complete documentation.

  ### 12. Powerful Application performance manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Supriya T. | SAP Functional Tester, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

- It helps in tracking our mobile applications (both Android and iOS ) performance from anywhere
- A most powerful tool to have an eye on.
- Can use different inbuilt features in it (crashlytics, labs, geographical view of customers using our application , the performance of our application worldwide (if released))

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Nothing as such at the moment with New relic, have used it a couple of years back and proved to be effective

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

It's one of the best tools available in the market. All your you have to do is configure, integrate and track it

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Able to track how our business is growing, able to find out all technical glitches our application is encountering on real devices in real-world

  ### 13. Reliable tool that radically improves knowledge of our system's health

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The system is remarkably reliable and resilient and offers plenty of options to allow us to integrate it into our communications workflows. The "intelligence" of the monitoring is impressive, as is the visualization of the status data.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

The initial configuration was rather complex, though this was mostly due to the high granularity and relatively deep integration supported.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than once, we were notified in real time as anomalous activity occurred, enabling us to respond before any damage was done. In general, the configurability and subsequent balance of "false positives" to "misses" is tremendous, allowing us to sort out the noise from the signal, so to speak.

  ### 14. New Relic has been critical for achieving operational excellence.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajan P. | Founder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

Extremely simple integration with the New Relic agent.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

No feature to share the graph/traces over an email. We have to keep taking screenshots for our operational performance reviews.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use New Relic to solve the following :

1. Tracing multiple API level and non async transactions such as crons, message consumers, business logic, database (RDS, Dynamo, Redis) connections.
2. Test the performance of our Database queries or other external service calls as a proportion of the entire API level transaction performance.
Benefit: This helps us identify bottlenecks in our performance.
3. Trace JVM level metrics of our services .
Benefit : Helps us analyze and fine tune the garbage collection and identify memory leak patterns.
4. Updates for memory, CPU and transaction level errors / failures. We can view theses failures manually or can set alerts on them which are then integrated with email and Pagerduty.
Benefit: These help us resolve operational errors/inadequacies at the earliest.
5. Analyze the traffic, the load and the performance of our APIs and services.
Benefit: This helps us understand end user /client behaviour and helps us fine tune our services better for best performance on high traffic transactions.

  ### 15. Invaluable performance monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stewart W. | Mr, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

Effectively real time stats. Detailed performance insights with minimal setup and negligible impact on the hardware performance.
Good portal for application metrics review.
Very reliable and we have seen very few / if no real outage. Integrates well with alerting tools.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

The best way to navigate the stats / details can be difficult to get your head around at first, so worth setting aside sufficient time to learn how to use and make the most of.
It is not a cheap product, so beware of you ROI and plans for usage to ensure you get maximum value.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Price will be one of the major considerations for APM as it is not a cheap product. New Relic are very easy to deal with so worth contacting support and getting a trial (and getting help setting up) so you can fully evaluate to see the value this can bring to you.
Make sure you look at the other New Relic tools that can be used in conjunction with APM. We also use Infrastructure component, Alerts and Synthetics.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Production performance monitoring in order to avoid and identify performance bottlenecks.
APM has given us a really useful tool to identify the major causes of performance issues from an application and database standpoint.

  ### 16. New Relic is very useful in tracking system performance at a glance.

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

New Relic Api stats and apdex score which helped me to improve system performance.
Apdex score is very helpful and it also shows the seperate stats of all the stacks being used in the application.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

There is no AI enabled auto suggestions to fix the issue like dynatrace

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

It's a very trusted and proven performance so you can give it a try.
As it will save a lot of time of a developer as well as the organisation and make the system healthy and highly available.
It's interface is very user-friendly.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved API performance.
Helped the organisation to manage system health to made it highly available. And also it helps a developer to troubleshoot the problem very easily.

On the dashboard, it take a while to refresh stats with current data. I need to manually reload to page to see latest data quickly.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To set up notifications in case any application or system is at a critical cpu or memory level. Also to view memory usage on the dashboard, instead of having to ssh to the box directly.

  ### 19. Software Engineer

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2020

This is an easy to understand product, provided you don't try to configure all the view points in one page.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

It is a expensive based on the number of servers you would want. This configuration can be basic compared to others that are available in the market.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

  ### 35. Implementation And Configuration Is Easy.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie H. | Product Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The use of New Relic makes software debugging very simple.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

I enjoyed everything from now on. I didn't find anything dissimilar.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

We, as an organization, use our own application with New Relic. The group heard about the application's error rates.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a DevOps QA, New Relic experience is outstanding. The overall Web Server transactions, application error and Postgres (SQL) transaction errors were discovered from New Relic. Via New Relic, I can quickly address where and why the request failed. The application was immediately understood by New Relic. There are very excellent demos and videos available.

  ### 36. Better Solution But Slower too

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier C. | Cloud & Platform Tech Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

I love the simplicity of install New Relic agent on each server ... It's such a really simple thing and also all the information about server's health .. throughput, response time, error rate, database connections and the possibility of identify slow queries.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

I do not like the response time of new relic APM. I do not know if there is a problem with my location (Buenos Aires) or with the amount of applications that we have tracking in its system. But every time I want to access my application APM page, I have to wait some minutes to get it loaded at 100% ... It is really awful when I have to see my metrics "right now". And the application search input does not work so well too.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking all of our application servers to know real time data about performance, throughput, uptime, errors, server's health, etc.The real benefit is to have all these data in a few minutes grouped in only one page with the minimum effort.

  ### 37. Product is OK, too pricey and customer service is the worse thing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oded S. | CTO & Country Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The product is fine. Nothing you can't find elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

The product is fine. If you need tracing bottlenecks and alerts, Elastic + their APM is much more affordable. But it will cost you 5 times more to get other features that you probably would not need. SO i would skip NR for that.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Dont. Use other great alternatives

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their customer service is the worse. You will get locked with a plan for a year without being able to disable the auto renewal. They will do their best to make your life difficult in case you want to leave. Pay attention to this

  ### 38. Great Features And A Must Have Infrastructure Monitor.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabio Junior d. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

Help the devops team to act faster in any annomaly showed in graphics.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

I have no comments about this. The NewRelic APM is the most important monitor for our apps.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

To test the NewRelic Infrastructure before other tools

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have an early experience with NewRelic in another company that i worked and when i founded my startup, i implemented NewRelic in my project.

  ### 39. New Relic APM helps us to see errors and performance blockers of our server.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Chief Content Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

With New Relic APM you can analyze your website performance from the user friendly dashboard. No need to dick deep into the logs or any other place to find what causes the website down. It is very easy to get insights from the APM platform and predict feature errors.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

New Relic APM is pretty expensive for a small companies but it worse the price as the competirors don't have the ease of use the NRA provides.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

If you are running website you need to have New Relic APM to get perfromance reporting related to your server(s). They also provide a free version which is very useful to get started.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Relic helps us to keep our servers up and runing. It integrated with our WordPress and we can see the performance bottlenecks from their dashboard. It also gives many error profiling / tracing options to understand the problem more clearly. Another good thing is the MySQL performance suggestions. With New Relic you can see which query uses the most time to be executed.

  ### 40. Application Monitoring made easy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

For me the best thing about new relic is visualisation. Makes easy to identify the areas where performance is lagging in the application. Also database errors can be easily identified with date filtering.
Integration with the code is easy. Its an integrated part of development lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Even though i like the UI of new relic but some time it becomes unresponsive. May be due to large data processing but can be handle in better way.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Very good application monitoring tool for established web apps. Costly for smaller apps.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Application performance monitoring, finding and debugging errors. Reporting on errors and performance.

  ### 41. best apm monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauro G. | DevOps Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

easy to setup, easy to use and very powerful for sure is the best apm i tried.
great with ruby on rails, very good with python and php, one of the best with nodejs.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

the price is very high and the free plain changed and now is not so convenient

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's possible to monitor and analyse the software in the most small and particular details.

  ### 42. New Relic is used to monitor the performance of our applications and crash rates.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yukti M. | Mobile Developer L2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The best part is New Relic dashboard visualization is user interactive. It's easy to implement in our application. New Relic also provide detailed reports.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Price is too expensive for small virtual servers. Sometimes I feel the response time is too much. There are some times where I have to wait for minutes to load the software.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

New Relic does an amazing job for detailed performance monitoring, as well as quick setup of services

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Relic is used to track application performance, response times, error rates and unhandled exceptions.

  ### 43. Great analytics and alerting for large software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

New relic was to set up and has been easy for the whole team to use for different needs. It gives us a good overview of our server and app health and alerts us to errors or issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Some of the error reporting could be a bit deeper and easier to debug - that could be in part because of our complicated software though.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use new relic for our day to day server insights and have it up on a wall to monitor our day to say utilization.

  ### 44. Great product, but has gotten more expensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2017

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

New relic is still by far one of the easiest APM products to deploy and gives excellent visibility. its python support is top notch.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

price hikes. newrelic has increased its prices and is now not as accessible to smaller operations.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Look whether competitors are able to deliver the results you need and the specific support level you need for cheaper. if not, New Relic APM would be a good choice.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New relic APM is providing us with visibility into our transaction flows, including data tier performance, python application servers as well as python background workers.

  ### 45. Useful APM tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The dashboard provides insightful information of server usage (cpu usage, memory) and webpage response (in milliseconds) in one glance. Besides that, it shows specific script and even database query which takes longer than usual execution time. This is a very effective way to find out, troubleshoot and improve response time of specific script or webpage.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

The price is very high compared to its competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

NewRelic has been the industry leader (APM) for many years. If you have enough budget, I would definitely suggest you to consider NewRelic.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it primarily for application performance monitoring for production environment. We think it serves its purpose well.

  ### 46. Identify & Optimize bottlenecks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

NewRelic helps to identify the root cause of why your application performance is suffering. It's intuitive and interactive charts helps to debug the issue to its core. Features like showing the slowest query and helping to understand how one can be optimize is amazing. It also helps to understand in which part of the code it is taking too long; is it external service call, db, application stack or request queueing. It's alert and notifications mechanism is also great, we can integrate webhook to notify to our intended communication tool.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Pricing is little too high and sometimes would be difficult to justify. Other than pricing, it's user interface does not work well with different resolution, I suspect it is not a responsive design. UI is distorted In Chrome because of which I always have to open NewRelic web in Firefox

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Rather than rolling out your own APM solution going with NewRelic will save your future time and money. It is definitely one of the best available in the market with an ease of integrating with your application code. They offer libraries for most of the popular programming language which makes integrating with NewRelic a piece of cake.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to find the bottleneck in application performance. It helps us to find area to optimize for maximum return. It also helps us to determine when is a good time to scale up or down our servers. We also use it generates alerts and notification.

  ### 47. Expensive, but not many options compare to its flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy E. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2017

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

We love it's error tracing capabilities -- it lets us know when anything is broken without having to monitor logs, which our QA team uses extensively during testing / when looking into and reproducing production issues. When you're a paid subscriber, it provides extensive trace detail on exactly where your application is slow in production environments, without the performance tracing slowing down the application. It also gives you a good sense of what your customer is experiencing with your application without having to rely on customers complaining that things are slow or broken.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

New Relic has moved a lot of features that used to be free into paid tiers. Their pricing structure is unnecessarily expensive because it's per server or per container pricing. Unfortunately, a modern application is bound to have several servers that host the same application behind a load balancer. Since we don't use containers, that forces us to decide whether we want the pro features, or want to limit our scalability; we wish the pricing was per-application instead. So far we're stuck on the free edition as a result.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Balance the size of your application and user base against their hefty per-server pricing. Their free offering is on its way out, leaving only the paid option. Consider whether you have the money to afford a pro subscription for the number of servers you currently have, as well as the for servers you expect to have in about 1-2 years. If you have the money, there's nothing out there quite like New Relic and it's worth the investment.

On the other hand, if you don't have the money on hand for that, going pro is going to limit your scalability, and the free edition is not going to provide you with the data you need. So, in that scenario, it might not be worth integrating into your application and you'll probably want to get by with something less capable and less expensive.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to identify performance bottlenecks that might only show up in production environments without having to replicate the entire setup and load characteristics of production in a test environment. New Relic's ability to profile applications in production helps with that. We also needed a way to easily triage issues that happen in production environments, which New Relic's error tracing and error analytics does natively. That significantly reduces the amount of research we have to do when something is not working / customers report issues.

  ### 48. "Successful application execution checking arrangement"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy P. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

The Option To create reports of Server over a Span of 3 Months.!!! That is an incredible method to keep a beware of what's going on after some time and even track the advancement. Aside from that, nitty gritty Error Analytics is a Big Yes for the general population dealing with the Servers.I truly like how the dashboard is spread out for clients. It is easy to understand by enabling clients to effortlessly explore through the site to search for essential examination. What I like best is that it can without much of a stretch reveal to me which applications are slamming, which applications are sans crash, and the particular occasions that are causing the applications to crash.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

Execution breakdown is accessible for moderate exchanges. This is fine in a large portion of the cases, however after you're finished with the moderate ones it's difficult to get data on the quick ones. Likewise you have to push some fundamental data to New Relic as some imperative measurements are not accumulated as a matter of course. A few ideas like APDEX and T-values are not natural at first, yet are cool when you realize what you're managing.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Individuals who are working with On reason Servers, esp. for them, this is an extraordinary apparatus ( as from my own involvement) as it will enable you to keep a mind your server wellbeing, ordinary following, issues and even the positive qualities in them. The Overall experience is incredible and is a significant simple apparatus to utilize too.Its an unquestionable requirement for each startup cool free (with qota) simple to utilize , keeps you not remain around evening time watch cloud watch and attempt comprehend what clients are doing!

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever we begin having an issue with one of our applications, I quickly sign into New Relic to check whether I can figure out what the issue is. New Relic encourages me restricted down my diagnostics so I can fix the issue faster.NewRelic APM enables us to screen client experience dependent on the execution of our servers. Execution changes associated with our discharges enables us to a have clear thought of what improved/exacerbated the framework.

  ### 49. Very Detailed Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Altafur R. | QA Analyst, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

I really like how the dashboard is laid out for users. It is user friendly by allowing users to easily navigate through the website to look for important analytics. What I like best is that it can easily tell me which apps are crashing, which apps are crash-free, and the specific instances that are causing the apps to crash. The dashboard gives a detailed overview of all the apps, and helps me monitor the analytics of the all the Viacom apps. Furthermore, I can tailor the specific stats that I want to see using custom SQL code in New Relic.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

One thing that I believe New Relic can improve upon is allowing the users to click on the specific crash occurrences and errors when looking through the graphs that have the analytics of the app based on user sessions with the app. Instead of just seeing the specific crashes and errors through the graph, I think being able to click on it that leads to the page with more details and information regarding the crash or error with the stack trace and event trail will be more convenient for users.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

This is a very helpful analytics tool to monitor the health of the app and how it is doing based on user sessions. It helps QA Analysts and Developers pinpoint issues with the app such as crashes and errors.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Relic really helps us, QA testers, and developers understand the health of the app based on the users that are using the app and if they are experiencing any crashes or errors. This is a really helpful tool in understanding when the crashes and errors occur, how many users are affected and for how long, and where it is coming from.

  ### 50. Understand your Application InDepth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi K. | System Analyst , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019

**What do you like best about New Relic?**

With NewRelic, we can easily understand and identify the bottlenecks of the application. Very easy to integrate to application and much helpful when you want to count for every byte of data and every second of time to render the application.
Graphical representation of data helps in easily identifying the issues even for common man.

The tool even offers the better practice to follow and suggests the code change at line by line.

**What do you dislike about New Relic?**

No issues found in the tool to dislike it. Everything they offer is priceless.

**Recommendations to others considering New Relic:**

Newrelic is one of the amazing tool in current market that will analyse the code written in various technologies and helps the developers and architects to come up with better solutions and thus provide a great product for their clients.

NewRelic takes very less memory and can be easily integrated to your current code. The graphical user interface that the tool providers is easy to use and very helpful in identifying the issues which are normally not visible to naked eye.

**What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our application requires to show the application on multiple devices and at each device it has to perform well to consume as less data as possible and render as fast as it could.
Initially after developing the application we used NewRelic and the tool immediately identified the issues for us to resolve.
