The ease of use is awesome **What do you dislike about MRI Workplace Central?** Takes a bit of training and tweaking to get used to it. **What problems is MRI Workplace Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Budget planning is so easy. Cash receipts are done so quickly. Time saving on leasing. ### 2. Has many options to chose from to make schedule setting easier **What do you dislike about MRI Workplace Central?** I like the app. No complaints. The app is convenient and easy to learn when applying new people to the schedule **What problems is MRI Workplace Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made my work convinient know when and who I have employee wise. ### 3. There are some useful import and export features, and the ability to modify area boundaries within the web interface are handy, but a lot of systems have those capabilities these days. **What do you dislike about MRI Workplace Central?** The biggest issue with Centerstone is their reporting capabilities. They are confusing, hard to use and aesthetically appalling. Also, the interface of the main product is very out dated. There are many interface limitations such as not being able to position custom fields within a window in a logical order of how the data would be populated. The move management module seems overly complicated, and the whole product seems disjointed as a result of growing by acquisition as opposed to organically developed. **Recommendations to others considering MRI Workplace Central:** Document your processes well and ask Centerstone to demonstrate how those processes are handled during the demo. Also, document you reporting needs very clearly, and provide lots of examples so that they understand the level of detail you require. Do not accept that the out of the box reports "can do that". Reporting on "space and people together" appears to be particularly challenging for Centerstone, whereas every other vendor can do that out of the box. **What problems is MRI Workplace Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing vacant space, churn, visibility into the expenses of the portfolio.
