"Valuable Insights with Complex UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I really appreciate Dynamics 365 Sales for the feedback it provides on customer needs and product limitations. It's great for tracking sales records, forecasting future business, and the insights it provides into product feature enhancement and discovery are excellent. The way it helps me measure if we're moving in the right direction and solving the right problems is invaluable. I also like how it allows for comparisons of past data and understanding of the whole value of the sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I find the UX a little bit complicated, especially since I'm more into product management rather than sales. There should be more filter options to review data from a product manager's perspective. The options could definitely be less complicated and more user-friendly. It feels like there's a repetition of features, such as "My open opportunities," "closed opportunities," and so on, which could be improved by having a single tab with a dropdown filter. This would make it less complicated and more approachable for new users. Bringing in more filters, and allowing more than one value for each field in the search options, could really enhance product discovery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined CRM with Easy Data Entry"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I love Dynamics 365 Sales because it makes entering data and keeping track of it a lot simpler and faster, saving me time and effort. I appreciate the reduced number of clicks, which makes my workflow smoother. What stands out most is how it allows me to add events, calendar invites, and emails directly into my CRM, so I don't forget to do them later. The initial setup was pretty easy, intuitive, and user-friendly, which made it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I suppose it'd be great if I could do more things with it, not just enter emails and calendar invites. Maybe it could work with other apps, not just Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Microsoft integration and 360° customer view with compelling sales automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

The deep Microsoft integration is a clear advantage: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot work seamlessly together. This brings sales, communication, document work, and reporting together in a consistent operating model.

The 360° customer view is also particularly helpful. All interactions, activities, opportunities, offers, and communication histories are centrally available. This significantly improves forecasting and traceability and simultaneously strengthens customer loyalty.

The automation of sales processes is also convincing. Lead routing, follow-ups, offer processes, approvals, and reminders can be largely automated. This noticeably reduces administrative effort, and the focus shifts more towards genuine customer interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

Release Dynamics: Microsoft is evolving very quickly. This ensures innovation, but at the same time leads to continuous pressure to adapt processes, integrations, and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust CRM with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I like how Dynamics 365 Sales seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, making it easy to manage emails, meetings, and customer information all in one place. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards and workflow automation, which provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline. These features help the team stay organized, save time, and focus on closing deals rather than administrative tasks. Additionally, the integration with tools like Outlook and Teams ensures that emails, meetings, and appointments are directly connected to the CRM without needing to switch applications. Using Microsoft Power BI for advanced dashboards and analytics, and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, creates a connected workflow that reduces manual data entry and helps our sales team collaborate more efficiently. Overall, the combination of automation, reporting capabilities, and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem enhances collaboration, increases visibility into the sales pipeline, and reduces manual work across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I find the learning curve for new users to be a challenge because Dynamics 365 Sales has many features and customization options. Some advanced customizations and reporting require technical expertise, which can slow down changes for business users. The interface can sometimes feel complex, and performance may slow down when working with large amounts of data or heavily customized environments. Simplifying the user experience and improving performance would make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Deal Tracking, Needs Better Mobile UX"

What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I find the Dynamics 365 Sales platform easy to use, which is crucial for managing our sales processes. The initial setup of Dynamics 365 Sales was pretty straightforward, making the transition from Excel and Jira quite simple for my team. This platform really shines in organizations with multiple cross-functional verticals that cut across various business lines. It's also great to be able to use Dynamics 365 Sales along with other tools like Tally, enhancing our overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

The mobile web experience is very bad. The button sizes are small and the approval process for a new user takes time to get used to the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizing Sales with AI and Microsoft Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I find Dynamics 365 Sales standout for its ability to unify the entire sales process within the familiar Microsoft ecosystem, allowing teams to work smarter rather than just harder. Its ability to unify customer data is incredibly valuable, automating routine tasks and providing actionable AI-driven insights, which often lead to a 15–20% reduction in administrative time. The Copilot AI is a game changer, enabling seamless integration with Microsoft 365, and its advanced sales acceleration tools are top-notch. Using these tools, I'm able to drastically reduce administrative data entry, cutting down on manual processes thanks to features like CRM Auto-Update and 'Smart Paste'. I also appreciate the accelerated meeting preparation and follow-up capabilities, where Copilot creates detailed pre-meeting briefs and assists during meetings by taking notes and suggesting action items. Content creation and personalization are also enhanced, with Copilot drafting proposals and crafting personalized emails. Smarter pipeline management is another highlight, with AI helping to identify high-potential leads and provide predictive sales forecasting, making my workflow much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?

I think Dynamics 365 Sales could work on reducing a steep learning curve for new users. The customization processes can be complex and could lead to implementation delays. Also, the out-of-the-box reporting could be enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
