Low Code Plateforme 2. SaaS Model with high availability 3. Helpful documentation 4. Cost effective and easy to maintain **What do you dislike about PowerObjects?** Although it is a great platform, yet we found few limitations when we have to do integration with third party tools and we had to struggle with connectors. **Recommendations to others considering PowerObjects:** It is an excellent set of application models and suits many cases. **What problems is PowerObjects solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Power apps to gather data from different sources and to get consolidated results. It not only allowed us easily integrate different applications but also provided a central data hub. ### 2. And had one of the WORST experiences in my 20+ years as an IT Pro. Their support, both customer and technical, is utterly dismal. I had to connect with execs on Linkedin after WEEKS of my tickets being completely ignored and get them involved to even get responses. And almost every one of the products I tried had "issues". And they have no autoupdate mechansim for any of those PowerPack Add-Ons. **What do you like best about PowerObjects?** The ONLY thin positive was that the price was cheap. **What do you dislike about PowerObjects?** Literally everything except the cheap pricing. **Recommendations to others considering PowerObjects:** FIND OTHER OPTIONS. That's about it. **What problems is PowerObjects solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absolutely none. Had to remove EVERYTHING from them. ### 3. When we run into issues, they help us troubleshoot & resolve issues quickly. **What do you like best about PowerObjects?** I like that we have a dedicated person that we've worked with for several years. It's not just a roll of the dice at the help desk -- we know who we are working with, he understands our organization & that makes a big difference. **What do you dislike about PowerObjects?** Because we have loved working with a single person (see best reason) when we've had to change dedicated person over the years, that was disappointing. The replacement was still a quality professional, but there was still a learning curve. **What problems is PowerObjects solving and how is that benefiting you?** PowerObjects helps us upgrade & update our system to meet user needs and requests so that the system works for our people. ### 4. PowerSurvey Plus + Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Responsive support team & overall good product **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Marie T. | Marketing Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2018 **Describe the project or task PowerObjects helped with:** We use PowerSurvey Plus by PowerObjects to send automated customer satisfaction surveys from our MS Dynamics CRM. **What do you like best about PowerObjects?** I love how easy it is to send a survey based on a CRM Dynamics workflow condition. I also love their customer support. They've been very helpful and responsive whenever we've had any issues. **What do you dislike about PowerObjects?** The reporting is pretty horrible. For whatever reason, the report does not generate survey questions in the same order as your survey, so if you have an IF THEN conditional question, you'd have to go back into the survey preview to make sense of the questions in the right order. Also - reporting on Matrix questions is absolutely useless data. You have to manually count the responses in Excel to get an accurate count. They could also do a better job to notify clients IN the CRM portal if their PowerSurvey Plus plugin has a new update (we hardly ever go to their website UNLESS there's an issue & most of the time it's fixed after updating the plugin). **Recommendations to others considering PowerObjects:** PowerSurvey Plus charges by the number of active users in your Dynamics CRM. If you have former employees in your database, make sure to clean them up before installing, as you'll be charged. ### 5.
