Changing campaigns in flight needs more work and needs to be more centralized. The inability to easily change creative, audience, and bidding for an active campaign in one place is frustrating. Metadata has become an essential part of how we run our paid campaigns. There’s a bit of a ramp-up to learn the functionalities of the platform, especially if you’re used to building campaigns directly in LinkedIn. Once you get comfortable in the platform, you really start to save time.

Being able to easily test different creatives and audiences without rebuilding campaigns from scratch has been a huge time-saver. The platform takes a lot of the busywork out of campaign management and lets us focus more on what’s actually performing.

Overall way more positives than negatives, but my main frustration is limited flexibility once a campaign is live.
