"User-Friendly and Supportive, But Pricing May Deter"

What do you like best about Maqsam?

I really like the ease of use and support with Maqsam. It makes it easy to connect my AI agent, set up users, and use a UAE phone number. The initial setup was relatively simple, which was a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

The monthly commitment made us cancel our entire contact center and AI voice agent solution. I was fine with running it normally and adding more users and numbers and removing as I please. This commitment made me realize I don't really need these features in my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
