The LupaSearch team is exceptionally customer-oriented. The implementation process was incredibly smooth, and the integration with our platform was seamless. The system's speed, intuitive autocomplete, and smart recommendations significantly enhance our user experience.
What truly sets them apart is their ongoing support. They don't just finish the integration and leave; the team remains actively involved, providing continuous insights and data-driven recommendations on how to further improve our search performance throughout our partnership. Additionally, we have full control over search results—allowing us to manually adjust rankings for seasonality or specific business needs. Because LupaSearch offers so much flexibility and so many advanced features, it can be challenging for a non-technical administrator to master all the settings right away. It takes time to understand how to configure everything perfectly. Thankfully, their support team is exceptional; they guide us through the complexities and always recommend the most effective ways to optimize our setup.

**What do you like best about LupaSearch?**

We use LupaSearch for site search, ecommerce search, and recommendations, and the experience has been very positive overall. The integration was quick and straightforward, and it worked smoothly across both web and app from day one.

The search itself is fast, reliable, and accurate, delivering solid results without requiring a lot of tuning upfront. Performance was strong even early on, and we've continued to see consistent improvements in search and recommendations results over time as the setup has evolved.

We have also had a great experience working with the LupaSearch team since the early days of integration. They're proactive, dedicated, knowledgeable, and results-oriented, and I can fully rely on them - whether it's improving performance, handling urgent cases, or developing new features to further optimize the experience.

On top of that, the dashboard is intuitive enough to quickly understand and even set up simple custom rules for both search and recommendations. 

Overall, it’s a strong search solution that I would definitely recommend.

LupaSearch has a strong core of necessary features in the dashboard but there could be some more tweaks to make it more intuitive to use.

It handles Estonian language processing very well and delivers strong results even for misspelled or more complex queries, usually finding the right product or suggesting a logical and helpful alternative. As a result, users find what they're looking for more easily, even in edge cases, which improves the overall search experience and encourages them to use search and shop with us more often.

I really like how accurate and fast the search is. It consistently returns exactly the results I expect, which makes it very reliable in everyday use. The user interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to adjust search settings, manage synonyms, and monitor search statistics. Overall, it’s a well-designed tool that gives both great performance and full control over search behavior.

At the moment, there’s nothing specific to dislike. We are using a basic plan, so we haven’t explored all of the advanced features yet, but based on our experience so far, the core functionality works very well.

LupaSearch helped us replace a much more expensive search solution while still delivering reliable results. It also gives us access to a management panel and detailed monthly reports, allowing us to better understand and manage search performance.

**What do you like best about LupaSearch?**

The search functionality and configuration options, as well as the support team’s assistance, proactiveness, and quick response. Most uncertainties can be easily resolved by consulting the documentation, and if something isn’t covered there, the support team is always there to help. It’s also great to see that the developers continue to actively improve the tool, taking into account market-driven trends. We are glad to be among the first to take advantage of the new search features.

The dashboard is designed more for technical users. Although it’s intuitive, it still takes some time for non-technical users to learn how to use it effectively.

The previous search functionality was inefficient. The search was not configurable, and a lot of manual administrative work was required to manage information at the individual product level to ensure products could be found in search results. We also had no access to any search statistics.

**What do you like best about LupaSearch?**

I have been using LupaSearch for about half a year on my photography-focused website, primarily for product searches. I love how it enhances the user experience by helping my website visitors find the products they need faster, even correcting any typos they might make, and offering relevant recommendations. I appreciate the proactive team and support that LupaSearch provides, and I am particularly fond of the small hustle team mentality which comes with direct communication with the founders and key individuals. The setup process was easy, which is a significant advantage for busy website managers like myself. Overall, I am highly impressed with LupaSearch and its effectiveness, rating it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation to a friend or colleague.

Integration is quite easy and LupaSeach team helps in each step of the process. Use of the tool is quite well documented and when there is any questions team reacts quite fast to those questions, panel itself is quite intuitive however there are a lot of settings so you might get lost some times. Quality of support is perfect and there is huge attention the the client itself.

**What do you like best about LupaSearch?**

LupaSearch is seeking to be the experts in the e-commerce field, and they succeed. Before, we had leaks in our search field, obviously missing opportunities, especially with the new clients. We invested a lot into marketing missing those prospects on the search flow, not realizing the impact it had on the users' buying decisions. Not only did LupaSearch introduce us to more advanced, recent tech advancements but also strongly supported our goal to constantly review and update search capabilities. That way,  we can stay up to date with the e-commerce tech trends and align with customers' expectations. Semantic search and advanced personalization made a tangible difference for us compared to the previous, much more static solution we had used before.

Separate kudos to their customer support. Among slow responses and days of waiting with larger enterprises, LupaSearch stands out with its willingness to support the client from day one. While we had some initial doubts about technical execution from our side, LupaSearch proved that it could be done much easier with technical help from their side. Recommended!

Having used many search tools - LupaSearch is the best solution I have come across. A comprehensively built search engine with GEN AI functionalities that handles search engines beautifully, has a fast engine and accurately identifies promoted products. I am primarily satisfied with the individual approach to the client and the continuous assistance of the Lupa team in search engine optimization. Impelementation was very easy and quick - what is really improtant. Excellent from me!

The platform has a very great team that are always open to answer all the questions and solve all the problems the customers may experience when using the platform due to their quick response to their customers an improvement of customer satisfaction has appeared. I like Lupasearch as it has helped most of its users get what they are looking for, fulfilling customer satisfaction. The product has a great support team which is great for most of the customers as they have great dedication to respond quickly to their questions and problems hence offering great customer support. The software has a very high speed at which the search operates and it has a very simple and very supple dashboard.

There are a few cons that I have noticed when using the platform but this doesn’t necessarily mean that it is the worst platform as it has served me right just a little improvement to be made for it to be better. One of the cons I have encountered is the user interface which should been more instinctual and also it should have pre-recorded informational tutorials and demonstrations which would be beneficial to all users.

Our company has been using LupaSearch for a few months now and we are very impressed with it. Integration was smooth, the LupaSearch team was super helpful and assisted us during the whole process. 

Product search became smoother, faster, and more accurate compared with the previous default search engine. I really like how LupaSearch suggests new synonyms and frequently searched terms. Most importantly, we have noticed an increase in conversion rates - definitely recommend it!

**What do you dislike about LupaSearch?**

So far, I haven’t noticed any critical downsides. Some pre-recorded informational tutorials and demos would be helpful though.
