We invested a lot into marketing missing those prospects on the search flow, not realizing the impact it had on the users' buying decisions. Not only did LupaSearch introduce us to more advanced, recent tech advancements but also strongly supported our goal to constantly review and update search capabilities. That way, we can stay up to date with the e-commerce tech trends and align with customers' expectations. Semantic search and advanced personalization made a tangible difference for us compared to the previous, much more static solution we had used before.
