**What do you like best about En route?**

Real-time vehicle tracking has been useful to my delivery business, especially when I use En Route. I can track the driver location, choose the best driving route and it can also make sure I make my deliveries on time.

**What do you dislike about En route?**

I found the historical data analysis components to be still in their infancy. Pulling together with the current problems of poor reporting of historical data, it becomes hard to rely on the platform for strategic decisions.

**What problems is En route solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have gained a lot in terms of effectiveness required for my delivery operations since using En Route. Real-time tracking helps me to be aware of drivers’ positions and schedule potential unscheduled time.
