For example, the customization settings are a bit complex to manage. It took me a while to understand how everything worked and how to optimize the settings to perfectly match our needs. But those are mostly small tweaks, since we haven't been using the tool very long. All in all, it is a perfect tool. The items being clicked on and the analysis of how much they are being clicked on etc. It was also extremely easy to implement to Woocommerce, it was just a plugin and download, the integration was so easy. The customer support made the experience as well, they followed up with us multiple times, making sure we were comfortable with how to utilize all of the functions and how to implement them all. It was super easy to get going and have running on our website, we even added it to our second website as well. I use it daily and have now added it to my daily checking, to see how the statistics look each day. I love watching our conversion continue to grow! **What do you dislike about Doofinder?** The only negative that I have found so far is that this is a subscription paid product, but it is more than worth the cost for how much it has improved our converstion and revenue. **What problems is Doofinder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doofinder gives me the ability to search our inventory on the customr facing side faster and more effectively than with the basic search. We have full control over what products show and where and how they show. The search is way more interactive and looks way better than our previous basic search we were using with WooCommerce.
