No matter how many contracts your organization has, Joe and his team at LinkSquares does all of the work to upload the contracts to LinkSquares. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** Nothing! The product is generally quite intuitive and easy to work with, but whenever we've had minor issues the team has been ready to jump in and provide further input. The way that the LinkSquares Analyze, Finalize, and Clause Library products interact with each other will simplify and improve our contracting process. We have been particularly impressed with LinkSquares' reporting functionality, which has allowed us to easily seek out contractual language we've used previously. It's intuitive and quick to use. We've also been impressed with the continued addition of new features and improvements to the platform, particularly with respect to the updates and improvements of the dynamic language functionality in Finalize. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** As we've worked on adding our initial contracts to the LinkSquares system, there have been a couple of very minor functionalities that would be nice to have to help us better sort through our backlog of contracts, but there haven't been any major issues. It required us to manually go through and look at each contract and tag it appropriately. The search feature is farily intuitive, you can search by a global standard term but also by a text search if the term does not exist, and the Analyze results which can be exported to an excel or csv. comes in a user friendly format that is easy to digest, which is particularly helpful if the search results are large. The implementation process has been very smooth as well. Support tickets are generally responded to within 24 hours. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** Depending on how many users are needed, particularly power users, recurring fees can start to add up. However, I've found LinkSquares is generally willing to work with you. We've only found it necessary to purchase a handful of the more exense admin licenses for our legal team members that are primarily responsible for management of the CLM tool. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing LinkSquares, my organization had poor visibility into the legal review process with respect to pending vendor and sales agreements. With the three-way integration between LinkSquares, Salesforce and Docusgin - all members of our team now have full visbility into the status of contracts with real-time status updates. This has elminated a lot of needless back and forth and has dramaticaly reduced the time to signature. The dashboard metrics in Finalize and reporting capabilities in Analyze are the icing on the cake. We are also amazed by the level of support LinkSquares offers to its customers. No inquiry is too unimportant or too complex and we always have a prompt answer or a follow-up call set up with the right folks that can dive into the details with us. Above all else, LinkSquares offered unlimited trainings to get our teams up to speed following iplementation. Adoption of the new CLM platform would not have been half as successful without their countless hours of support. We would have adopted a CLM like LinkSquares sooner. It can be daunting to purchase a contract management software for the first time and to calculate whether it will be worth the expense, but the ROI is apparent within 2 months of implementation and the world class customer support ensures success. If you are willing to learn the system, LinkSquares fully meets all of your goals and expectations with this product. In sum, LinkSquares has helped us to shorten the contract review and execution process, and has shortened the sales cycle as a result. As an added bonus, LinkSquares integrates with important tools that some of our non-legal teams use, such as Vendr and Netsuite, which allows for real-time data flow between the systems and reduces manual effort to collaborate with finance, risk, and other business teams who take part in the contract review and approval process. ### 27. This was going to be a platform that we would use on a frequent basis, and having a tool that automatically extracts information for you was very enticing. The system works flawless and there was not much of a need to integrate other internal systems, however, from what we've seen, the word integration for the Finalize platform is useful for auditing contracts from inception to execution and is a tool we look forward to implementing. Th initial implementation of the system was a bit rocky, partially due to there not being a clear plan initially, but after working with our relationship manager, he was able to provide the customer support that we needed by providing valuable insights into how other customers were utilizing the product, allowing us to get to the point that we needed to in order to be successful users of the product. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** Since we don't pump out contracts on a daily or even weekly basis, we are trying to find a use case for the finalize system which goes hand in hand with analyze. Our Sales team can easily learn and linksquares from beginning to end, including helping legal track redlines, using the word integration to make necessary changes and ensure compliance and version control. Sign platform helps us see what agreements are in flight and where they are for signature. The sign function is a lot easier then others, and our sales team prefers it for its simplicity. **What do you dislike about LinkSquares?** The one thing that I don't like for LInksquares is the current permission - where you can't restrict individuals on what they can and can't do. So if you have a manager they have to have administrator access to see all the agreements. The other function is the metrics that it provides because they aren't adjustable based on what you need unless you pay an additional cost. **What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use linksquares for version control. It allows us to keep all our templates in one spot, our sales team is restricted to those templates which helps prevent our sales team from using old templates.
