The team at Letter.AI has been great to work with and take a collaborative approach to our partnership. They are extremely fast on fixing any product gaps and digging into technical limitations. They are open to feedback and have gone above and beyond to make sure that our sales team is able to get instant value from the platform. It's really the team that sets it apart from other vendors I've worked with in this space.
In addition, their integration into tool like Slack have been a game changer for usage. Rather than our BDRs and AEs needing to go and search for information, it's at their fingertips with the Slack and AI functionality. Our sales people are able to get timely, concise information when they need it in a platform that they are using on a hour basis (e.g. Slack). Letter is a small company that is building and launching features extremely fast. Once in awhile, there are small bugs that need to be fixed due to the high frequency of launches.
