**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

Leapsome makes it easy to manage everything feedback, goals, org chart and performance in one place and manages it all with ease.<br><br>Leapsome sends timely reminders to set goals and track progress on those goals which in turns makes it easy to fill out the performance review cycles since you can easily refer back to your goals and their progress.<br><br>Praises in leapsome are also very effective since they help motivate well performing employees and keep the overall morale high. It integrates well with Slack so employees never have to leave Slack to view praises submitted by their peers

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Adding new features to Leapsome is generally slow but what exists in the product works well and is well-rounded to cover most of the needs

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves all performance management and feedback needs in one place and at an affordable price. Support is easy to access and the team is responsive. I haven't tried the intelligence features yet but I'm excited to see what they can do with AI.

Leapsome takes the heavy lifting out of tracking onboarding timelines by automating reviews based on probation periods. For 1-on-1s, historical tracking is seamless and stays intact even during manager handovers. The instant feedback feature makes it effortless for managers to request input and for team members to send praise. I also appreciate their commitment to continuous updates; the AI feature is genuinely useful for summarizing feedback and polishing review copy, and the Slack integration keeps everyone updated on review invites and peer feedback. Overall, it's a competitive tool with impressive ongoing feature releases.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

When a review question disables the open-ended text box to require a rating only, the post-submission UI still displays a tag stating "No feedback provided" next to the answer. This is confusing for both reviewers and managers, as it implies the question was skipped or incomplete despite the rating being submitted correctly. Selecting peer reviewers can be cumbersome; bulk filtering by department or job family pulls in large groups, requiring manual deletion line-by-line. From an accessibility standpoint, developers on our team struggle with the bright light theme, and a dark mode option hasn't been implemented yet despite user requests. Finally, initial onboarding was challenging, as support leaned heavily on self-serve documentation rather than hands-on, direct guidance.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I like the simplicity and completeness of having all information at hand, along with the clear graphics and AI help. The self-assessment feature is very interesting, allowing both the employee and the manager to express their opinions and then compare them. Having a clean and intuitive interface helps me immediately understand where to click and see the information clearly. I also appreciate that everything I need is in one place without having to use multiple tools. The initial setup was very easy, as everything scheduled to be done was clearly present once I entered the homepage. Overall, I'm really enjoying the simplicity, AI, and self-assessment features.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I've used Leapsome sparingly so far, so I don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd improve is the navigation; sometimes it's a little difficult to quickly find certain sections or data.

As a FinOps Analyst, I appreciate tools that reduce administrative friction while improving cross-functional visibility. Leapsome does a fantastic job of streamlining our performance reviews, goals (OKRs), and feedback processes into a single, cohesive interface.

The platform is clean and easy to navigate, which makes completing reviews or setting up regular check-ins quick and straightforward rather than a time-consuming chore.

I also really like how transparent the goal-tracking features are: it makes it simple to see how individual metrics align with broader organizational goals, keeping everyone on the same page

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

While the platform is generally very smooth, the initial setup and customization of specific review cycles or permissions can take a bit of tweaking to get perfectly tailored to your organization's exact workflow. A few minor UI navigation shortcuts could also be added to make moving between custom reports faster, but overall, it hasn’t impacted my day-to-day experience in a major way.

Reviews, goals, feedback are all in one place, this is what I like. I am not a fan of doing surveys, but the way Leapsome has built their survey model is a really nice UI/UX thought, I feel good about rating what's going on w.r.t me and my employer. I also enjoy the Slack integration where the praise and feedback is shown up in our team channels. The performance of the web app feels smooth and fast, I also like the design system. Overall it is a nice tool for companies to use to make sure their employees are on track.

I like using it on desktop but not as much as on mobile. Other than this I can't think of anything else.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I use Leapsome frequently in my daily routine, especially for 1:1 evaluations, peer reviews, and weekly meetings. The platform allows me to search my own evaluations and those of colleagues practically, which helps me identify what has improved and what can still be enhanced regarding my productivity, performance, and the company's products and services. The integration with Slack was simple and smooth, with no difficulties in the process. The connection between the tools works well and contributes to the fluidity of my work. The system is reliable and stable — I have never observed any instabilities. The only point of attention is that the update of information can take a while in situations of team or leadership changes, but this does not compromise the overall user experience. I learned to use Leapsome intuitively, without the need for formal training or external support. The learning curve is very low, which facilitates the adoption of the tool. I have not yet explored the AI features available on the platform, but it is something I intend to start using more frequently soon. The interface is intuitive and navigation is fluid. A feature that would make a big difference would be the inclusion of an NPS survey specifically aimed at customer service, with metrics directed at frontline professionals. Currently, this survey does not exist on the platform, and its implementation would allow for more precise measurement and monitoring of performance in direct contact with the customer — directly contributing to the development and potential of support professionals.

Another relevant point is that, in practice, feedback from 1:1s and colleagues often happens only verbally, without being recorded on the platform. This makes it difficult to analyze history, track progress, and fully leverage the potential of Leapsome. I believe this is a challenge of culture and internal communication, related to raising awareness among leaders about the importance of recording these interactions in the tool.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I like the UI; it’s easy to navigate which is necessary because I use a lot of tools and don't have the bandwidth to handle anything overly complex. I use it for my reviews, which I have to complete every four months, so having something that’s straightforward to move through is important. I also use it to praise colleagues, and the integration with Slack is useful. I can complete my tasks without having to switch to another screen. Overall, it’s been helpful for handling reviews as well.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

It seems like our surveys aren’t completely anonymous. I suspect that my department, or possibly even my name, is visible to the person who requests the survey. I once submitted a response to an anonymous survey, and the person reading it really seemed to know exactly where it came from. I’m not sure whether that’s a “you” issue or something specific to my company’s setup. Even if this isn’t a huge problem on paper, the result is that I no longer feel comfortable leaving anonymous feedback.

Since I do reviews three times a year, it’s important for me to get them done efficiently. I struggle with writing reviews because it can feel tedious. **What do you like best about Leapsome?**

Strengths: The meeting tracking is solid, and the company information is well-organized and intuitive. It is easy to understand and integrates seamlessly into our daily workflows. Furthermore, customer support has been consistently responsive. While the initial implementation can be challenging, once you become accustomed to it, the platform becomes a powerful tool. It is straightforward to use for providing constructive feedback and recommendations to partners. We have experienced excellent performance with no issues on the web page. In terms of value, the pricing and ROI are evident in our improved communication and organization; the benefits we gain from Leapsome far outweigh the cost. Additionally, the AI is performing effectively, helping us track meetings and reach our goals in a clear, manageable way.

I would like more options for giving praise and managing the team. Additionally, I am still receiving notifications for canceled or one-time meetings. The calendar integration can be temperamental, as these removed or single-instance events continue to appear.

What I like best about Leapsome is how it brings performance, feedback, and learning into one place. Instead of using different tools or spreadsheets to keep track of goals, feedback, and development, everything is centralized and easy to access.

I also really like the goal tracking feature because it makes it easy to see progress and stay aligned with team priorities. Having regular check-ins and feedback in the same platform has made conversations more structured and helped me prepare better for one-on-one meetings.

Overall, I've had a positive experience with Leapsome, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some features, such as reporting and dashboards, could offer more customization and filtering options, making it easier to find the information you need quickly.

In addition, simplifying the navigation between certain sections would improve the overall user experience and save time for users who access the platform regularly.

These enhancements would make an already strong platform even more efficient and user-friendly.

Before using Leapsome, it was more difficult to keep track of goals, feedback, and performance discussions because information was often spread across different tools or documents. We struggled with having a clear overview of progress and ensuring regular follow-ups.

With Leapsome, everything is centralized in one platform. We can now track goals, document feedback, and complete performance reviews in a structured way, which has made the entire process much more organized and transparent.

As a result, preparing for one-on-one meetings and performance reviews takes significantly less time, and it's much easier to monitor progress throughout the year instead of collecting information at the last minute. Overall, the platform has improved collaboration, increased accountability, and made performance management much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

Leapsome is one of my favourite tools in our HR stack. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. It also offers plenty of integration options, which makes it straightforward for us to use alongside our existing HR and communications stack. The AI features (like the AI chatbot) are genuinely useful for both admins and users. Support has been super helpful and responsive, and the platform has been performing well for all of our needs. All in all, I think it’s a tool worth the investment for a company of our size (2,000–3,000 employees).

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

While the UI/UX is generally friendly and easy to use, the home page/dashboard could be improved so that it provides a more useful overview of key processes, actions, and even news. This would help employees more easily follow the company’s rhythm of business and keep up with their actions.

I do appreciate that there are modules organized on the side bar. Also, when i log into i do have a dashboard with task required to performed in terms of training, HR matters. The novelty for me is the certificates issued for the mandatory trainings, which in other workplaces wasn't so. The initial onboarding checklist when I first landed in Leapsome really helped me stay on top of everything and keep track of what I needed to do.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Seeing “200+” on the notifications icon made me think I had over 200 notifications to read. But when I clicked, I realized I only had about 7 that actually needed my attention, and the rest were just product updates. Should those really be grouped together? Product updates aren’t something I need to act on, so it feels misleading.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Deel is gold. I only have to book time off in Leapdome, and it automatically communicates with the Deel platform.

I like the private notes feature in meetings the most. It gives me a way to share some of my personal feelings and bring up things that aren’t easy to say in a public work environment, even with my manager. I do hope there will be an AI function in that section as well, so that as an alien employee I can refine or rephrase my thoughts when communicating with my manager or upper management, and express them with better words. My company pays it and they are using it for this whole year. So I think they are satisfied on it. As an employee I am also satisfied on it as well.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

As an employee, my main limitations with Leapsome are the lack of ongoing, in-depth analytical breakdowns of my personal review data over time, and the absence of direct, actionable AI coaching suggestions built into the feedback loop. Those additions would help me prepare for biannual reviews through a weekly or monthly routine.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapsome effectively addresses disjointed workflows and the tedious, manual tracking that traditionally comes with the performance review cycle. In the past, the process felt highly fragmented: managers and employees had to manually push for approvals, send endless follow-ups, and constantly jump between tabs to handle goal updates and time-off requests. This change benefits me significantly by removing administrative friction and saving valuable time.

With Leapsome’s automated workflow triggers and one-click submission features, the review cycle is now far more streamlined. My manager can submit assessments immediately, and approvers can sign off directly via Slack or email without needing to open the platform. What I appreciate most about Leapsome is how it streamlines goal management. The platform provides a very clear, intuitive structure for setting up quarterly goals, and the built-in progress updates feature makes it easy to track milestones and stay aligned over time.

I love the seamless integration with Google Calendar and Slack; it makes organizing much easier. However, I have noticed a minor issue: topics from previous meetings often carry over to new ones, even if the box to carry them forward to the next meeting is unchecked. <br><br>Additionally, a great feature for the future would be an automated progress overview for team goals. It would be amazing to receive a high-level summary of where we stand without having to manually check each individual task (done with AI)

I don't have any significant suggestions for improvement. I think sometimes there are drop down menus that aren't easily identifiable as drop down menus. Maybe if there was something within the UX that could help draw the eye to understand very quickly what is a drop down and what's not. That way, there isn't any information that's overlooked.

We’ve had a really positive experience using Leapsome for performance management. From an admin perspective, the platform is very intuitive and easy to manage, even for more complex processes. At the same time, the user experience is simple and clear, so adoption across the team happened naturally and without additional overhead or extensive training.

One of the biggest strengths for us is the level of customization available. As administrators, we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to setting up processes, defining access levels, and managing visibility across different parts of the platform, which makes it easy to adapt Leapsome to our internal needs and workflows.

Another standout aspect is the quality of the onboarding and learning materials. The resources are thoughtfully structured, easy to follow, and genuinely helpful both during implementation and for ongoing platform usage.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

At this stage, we’re still running our first cycle with Leapsome, so it feels a bit early to point out any major drawbacks or systemic improvements. So far, the experience has been very positive overall. Any feedback we currently have would mostly fall into the category of smaller product improvements or feature refinements rather than anything fundamentally missing or problematic.

Before Leapsome, we didn’t have a centralized platform for performance management, so one of the biggest benefits for us is having a single system that integrates the entire process in a structured and easy-to-follow way. It has significantly improved visibility and consistency, both from an administrative and employee perspective.

Another important advantage is that the platform feels lightweight for employees — it doesn’t create unnecessary overhead, which helped with adoption and engagement from the start. The onboarding experience and intuitive interface also made implementation much smoother for our team.

We’re also looking forward to exploring the analytics capabilities more deeply over time. Since we’re still in the early stages of setting up and running our cycles, we recognize that getting the most value from analytics also depends on how well we continue to refine and optimize our own processes internally.

Leapsome is a premium people enablement platform that feels worth its price tag. Before we started using Leapsome, everything felt scattered. Reviews were in one place, goals somewhere else, and we barely had any engagement data to work with. Now, everything is together in one platform, and that alone has made a huge difference for our team.

Managers come into performance conversations prepared, and employees have a clear understanding of what’s expected of them. Instead of only realizing someone is disengaged when they decide to leave, we’re able to spot those signs early and take action.

The AI writing assistant has quietly become a favorite. It helps managers give feedback that’s actually meaningful, rather than just generic comments to get through the review cycle.

We’re not perfect, but Leapsome has helped us be much more intentional about how we support and develop our people. We’re seeing the impact in our retention numbers and in the way managers talk about leading their teams. It really feels like we finally have the right foundation in place.

Leapsome is always evolving. I know they take their feedback and product seriously; from the day we implemented the product to date the platform just keep getting better. It's super user friendly but sophisticated enough to feel the impact of our reviews on a deeper level.

Transparency; at KWI we had our strongest review cycle to date in the 40 years of our company. I use Leapsome for managing my own account and my team's accounts, which is super helpful for technical integration. The best part is the centralized UI where everything, like defining goals and KPIs, is accessible on the same platform. I find employee management documentation and integration with data for absent management very useful. The API for defining KPIs and connecting them to track how key performance indicators are met is particularly valuable. The initial setup was super easy, with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I think that it was a huge challenge, doing the integration of the Leapsome through their API and the webhooks. It was not so simple to resend the request and also the logs of the request are not super clear. Some of the fields were requiring approval to trigger the webhook, or not just automation. Others were being sent directly. I think the developer integration part of Leapsome could be improved heavily. The only difficult part was understanding the software which, without training, wasn't much helpful.

I love that there is so much functionality from a head of people perspective but the UX is so streamlined, simple and easy to use for those that do not need the whole platform. Onboarding is a dream, it takes care of a lot of the legwork required from me to ensure new starters have the best onboarding experience with none of the hassle. The pricing is fantastic value for money - even in man hours saved!

I find that 'Leapy' is misinformed about the platform and as an AI tool, it really doesn't provide the answers I need. More training is required if it is to be a genuine helpful AI assistant.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

Leapsome has completely streamlined how our organization handles performance management. The continuous feedback tools and 1:1 meeting templates make it so easy to keep development conversations going year-round instead of just during annual reviews. Setting and tracking OKRs directly in the platform has significantly improved visibility into team goals, and the engagement surveys give us real, actionable insight into how people are feeling. The interface is intuitive, onboarding was fast, and the customer support team has been responsive whenever we had questions. It's become an essential part of our people operations workflow.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. The only minor nitpick is that with so many features and customization options, it can take a little while for new admins to discover every setting available. A more guided setup wizard for first-time configuration would be a nice touch, but it hasn't gotten in the way of us getting real value from the platform quickly.

Before Leapsome, our performance review cycles were scattered across spreadsheets and email threads, and manager feedback often happened inconsistently or not at all. Now everything from goal setting to 1:1s to 360 feedback lives in one place, so managers actually follow through on regular check-ins and employees always know where they stand. The engagement surveys have also helped us catch morale issues early instead of finding out about them after someone resigns. Overall it's saved our HR team many hours per review cycle and made performance conversations far more consistent across departments.

What stands out most is how Leapsome brings performance management, engagement surveys, and 1:1s into one connected platform instead of scattered spreadsheets and tools. The continuous feedback and check-in features make it easy to stay aligned with my team throughout the quarter rather than just during formal review cycles. The interface is clean and intuitive, so adoption across the team was quick with minimal training.On top of that, the analytics and engagement survey insights give managers real, actionable data instead of just gut feelings about team morale.

The sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first, and new users sometimes need a bit of hand-holding to find their way around all the modules. **What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I find Leapsome quite intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate. I really like that many things can be atomized, helping streamline processes. The visualization of feedback results is good, providing a clear representation of data. I also appreciate the ability to send out surveys with automated latency and randomize questions, as well as the convenience of generating an automated executive report for a survey round.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

The Leapy Chatbot sometimes hallucinates a little, and it's not always clear where it takes the information from or if it is reviewing the page you currently have open or another one. For example, when you ask for filtered results of a team or department, sometimes it takes its info from somewhere else. Also, I think the functions under 'My Company' like Q&A Boards and feedback board are a little hidden. We didn't really know what they are or how to use them, so it took some time to understand. They are great, but they could be more visible. Additionally, the initial setup was okay, but a live onboarding session or a guideline for the IT department on data import would have been nice—a check-in after the contract would help.

its very easy to understand use Leapsome primarily for performance management and employee development. It helps streamline performance reviews, track goals, and create a culture of continuous feedback within the team.

I really like the interface and the built in AI recommendations. The tabs on the side are easy to follow so nothing is really hidden in a complex way. My favorite feature was the review process because it guided you super easily with the AI recommendations on the side. It told me what i should think about and how to format it for my manager. The last cool thing I would say is how you can see the instant feedbacks, it definitely encourages you to drop a small shoutout.

I like the easy and intuitive interface of Leapsome. It's incredibly helpful in keeping track of progression before and after review meetings, as it collects both peer and client feedback. I appreciate how it shows how the company is meeting its goals and aligns everyone in the company on the current situation. The AI technology, including the Ask AI button and chatbot, is very valuable because it streamlines information without needing to leave the tool. I also find the setup to be quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I would love to have a more analytics view in terms of the amount of reviews and praise information. I feel my company is not using Leapsome to the fullest potentially because we haven't been really trained on that.
