&lt;p&gt;For a 51–200 person team, I’d care less about initial completion rates and more about whether risky behavior actually changes across repeated simulations. Gamification can lift participation, but the stronger test is whether the same users stop repeating the same mistakes over the next few campaigns. I’d compare repeat-failure rates by user or phishing pattern rather than judging the program from engagement alone.&lt;/p&gt;
