"LeadSquared Sales CRM: Powerful Lead Automation and Pipeline Visibility"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

What I like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM is its strong lead management and automation features. It helps sales teams track leads from capture to conversion, automate follow-ups, and prioritize high-quality leads, which improves productivity and conversion rates. The platform also provides real-time insights, integrations, and mobile access, making it easier for sales teams to manage their pipeline and close deals efficiently. What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

One thing I dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM is that the platform can sometimes be slow or laggy, especially when handling large workflows or opening multiple tabs. This can slightly affect productivity during busy sales operations. Some users also feel that certain advanced features and reporting options could be improved, and the interface could be more intuitive in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales Processes with Efficient Call Management"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I like the way LeadSquared Sales CRM captures data throughout all the stages of the sales process, from lead generation to successful qualification of leads. It's helpful that all this information is stored in a single dashboard. After a lead has been successfully created and the client acquisition is done, all activities and tickets can be recorded in the system. I find it to be one of the finest tools we've had. It's great that everything is available on a single screen, making the flow of data and work execution much easier for our sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CRM That Excels in Sales and Support"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

Since 2019, I have been working with Leadsquared CRM at two different companies, and my experience continues through to 2025. My introduction to Leadsquared was at Unacademy, where I first learned to navigate and utilize the platform. Later, at PagarBook, I took on the responsibility of building and configuring the entire Leadsquared system from scratch. In my current role, I manage every aspect of Leadsquared, from daily operations to system creation and ongoing maintenance. It's notable that PagarBook is among the few organizations where the Leadsquared implementation was handled entirely in-house. I find Leadsquared to be a highly user-friendly solution, making it ideal for both sales and support teams. Its transparent and efficient workflow, from initial setup to full execution, leads me to consider it one of the top choices available. There customer support are quick and efficient and one of the best in the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

A couple of features would improve this CRM. They are currently working on it after my feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers U.S. Sales with Streamlined Automation"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I really like LeadSquared Sales CRM's no-code sales automation for the U.S. market. The drag-and-drop automation builder is fantastic because it doesn't require any developer support, which allows our small U.S. team to build and tweak specific B2B sales automations easily. This includes CCPA-compliant lead captures and tailored follow-up sequences that only trigger during U.S. business hours, which is great for U.S. customer experience. High-intent lead prioritization features ensure that leads matching our ideal customer profile receive urgent attention, which has significantly cut manual admin work—75% reduction for our U.S. team. This enables our reps to focus 90% of their time on selling rather than updating spreadsheets or manually sending follow-ups. Plus, the initial setup of LeadSquared Sales CRM was incredibly straightforward and low-lift for our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I can't quickly pull a West Coast e-commerce client lead-to-close report or a state-level conversion rate dashboard. This makes it hard to identify high-performing U.S. markets for our Google Ads. We have to export raw data from LeadSquared to Google Sheets and build manual reports, which introduces human error and delays our data-driven decisions. I'd love to see pre-built U.S.-focused reporting templates and a simplified custom dashboard builder for non-technical users. Also, adding U.S. state-level data tagging would be great. "LeadSquared: The Best B2C CRM with Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I like that LeadSquared Sales CRM can be integrated with the user's platform, which helps track daily engagement. It even prompts us on what topic our cold call pitch should be, which really helps in converting customers from free classes to paid classes. I also appreciate the one-click call feature from LeadSquared, which saves a lot of time. The proper training module provided by the LeadSquared team on using the filters and creating a new lead was helpful. LeadSquared is the best CRM for B2C. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

For me it's a really good CRM. Maybe if we can add AI like ChatGPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CRM with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I find LeadSquared Sales CRM very easy to use, even for someone who might not be very tech-savvy, they can pick it up quickly. The best part is you can easily undo updates, which is a handy feature. The interface is nice, and even though it might seem overwhelming at first, as you keep working on day-to-day activities, it becomes easier and more comfortable to use. I like that there's a reminder feature for follow-up calls, which helps in managing leads efficiently. I also appreciate that the initial setup was quite easy, and everything worked perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I couldn't find data availability and call recordings on LeadSquared, which Salesforce offers. It would be nice to have email tracking as well, like in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Workflow Excellence with Room for Speed Improvement"
What do you like best about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

I use LeadSquared Sales CRM mainly to track leads, manage follow-ups, and keep my pipeline organized. The best part is how it reduces my manual work; reminders, tasks, and lead stages are all neatly aligned, so I don’t forget anything even on hectic days. The mobile app is actually helpful too; I can quickly update lead status right after a call or meeting. I really appreciate the automated reminders and the way it shows lead priorities, which honestly make my day much easier. I also like that once you set up the workflows, the system quietly does half the job for you in the background. It feels like having a small assistant reminding you of what to do. Overall, it brings a lot of discipline into my sales routine without making things complicated. The priority tags help me focus my energy on the right leads and definitely improve my strike rate. It's easy to install as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadSquared Sales CRM?

One thing that could definitely improve in LeadSquared is the overall speed and responsiveness. Sometimes the system feels a bit laggy, especially when switching between lead pages or updating fields. Compared to Zoho CRM, I’ve noticed that simple actions like editing a lead or updating a stage take a few extra seconds, which adds up when you’re doing it dozens of times a day. Another thing is that certain updates don’t reflect instantly you click “save,” and it feels like the system takes its own sweet time to refresh. When you’re working in a fast-paced sales environment, that delay can be a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
