**What do you like best about Tata Communications Kaleyra.ai?**

The thing that I most like about this tool that you get everything all at one place. Like, SMS, whatsapp, video, voice which performs best in order to handle the customers and assist them fastly.

**What do you dislike about Tata Communications Kaleyra.ai?**

It works well but I noticed one thing that when there is a huge volume of customer interactions came at once, sometime, it starts lagging , and we get some repeated query about more features, so it would be better that it could be enhanced on a higher level as well

**What problems is Tata Communications Kaleyra.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first and foremost, it solves the problem of handling customer interaction on various channels, it is not just limited to one or two platform but even then the pricing is reasonable as compared to other platform that I have used which is great.
