The combination of intuitive design, ease of use, cost-effectiveness, streamlined onboarding and unmatched customer service is outstanding. The design is pleasantly clean and simple and really easy to use. Plenty of onboarding documentation is provided and well understood by my sponsors and exhibitors. One of the things that has impressed me the most about QR Lead Capture is that the customer support is simply unrivaled. All my queries - from simple to complex, was responded to in a timely manner. They've shown willingness to act on our suggestions, making me feel like a valued partner whose feedback is taken seriously. QR Lead Capture is a platform that is committed to continuously improving and placing their customers' concerns at the heart of what they do. **What do you dislike about QR Lead Capture?** There are a number of improvements that I would love to see. Firstly, the ability to add custom tags would be a welcome addition, but I believe this is being addressed. Furthermore, adding secure encryption so that only authorised devices can scan the generated vCards would be a welcome addition in our security-conscious and data-privacy-centric environment. Lastly, a way to simplify and streamline more complex event configurations - for example, multi-city events of the same conference series, would be helpful. Nevertheless, I have full confidence the team will address these in due course given their dedication to their customers' success. **What problems is QR Lead Capture solving and how is that benefiting you?** QR Lead Capture is a game-changer for the organisations that I do conference organisation work for. It provides efficient, cost-effective lead generation solutions for our exhibitors and sponsors. In the past, this would have been a clunky, inefficient and expensive solution, possibly involving dedicated hardware or having to design my own forms or pop-ups - all things that are a pain for the busy conference organiser. With QR Lead Capture, I can set my worries aside and focus on the other complexities of event management and conference organisation, knowing that the lead capture aspect has been taken care of. ### 2.
