For me, the biggest point is that all the administrative hassle simply disappears. Previously, we collected receipts via email, maintained them in Excel, and manually handed them over to payroll every month – today, meal subsidies, non-cash benefits, and job tickets are completely managed through the platform and automatically end up in the payroll. Salfy handles the receipt verification itself, which was the biggest time saver for us.
I also like that we no longer have to feel uncertain about payroll taxes. The allowances are properly monitored and everything is documented in compliance with GoBD – during the last audit, we could simply export the logs, which was much more relaxed than before.
The employees get along well with the app, we hardly had to explain anything. And if a special tax question does come up, you actually get a well-founded answer from support and not just a link to the FAQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much. The start was somewhat demanding at first – less because of the software, more because you have to familiarize yourself with the tax conditions of the individual benefits. And for reporting, I wish for more flexibility: for my own analyses, I currently still export the data to Excel. Both are minor issues that do not mar the overall impression.
