What do you like best about Compete?

Compete makes workforce metrics much easier to understand and share across the team. Its dashboards pull key data into one place, which helps everyone stay aligned and on the same page. I also appreciate that the AI can generate custom metrics when the standard ones don’t fully answer the question. What do you dislike about Compete?

What do you like best about Compete?

The scenario modeling is extremely useful. We can test workforce ideas—like hiring changes or compensation adjustments—and immediately see the potential outcomes. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of planning and gives leaders more confidence when making decisions. The AI-driven analytics are very helpful for understanding workforce trends. They surface patterns and signals that would normally take a lot of manual analysis to uncover. I also like the metrics hub, since it standardizes definitions across the organization. That alone has reduced a lot of confusion and back-and-forth around reporting. The biggest benefit for me is the speed. We can ask a workforce question and get a meaningful answer almost immediately, instead of waiting on reports.
