## Compete Reviews
  ### 1. Clear, Accessible Dashboards That Make Workforce Insights Easy for Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | People Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

I like that leaders outside of HR can understand the data as well. The dashboards and AI responses are clear, straightforward, and easy to interpret. Managers can dig into workforce insights without needing advanced analytics knowledge, which makes the information feel much more accessible. That accessibility has helped improve collaboration across departments and made it easier for different teams to align on what the data is saying.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Some managers initially needed a bit of guidance on how to interpret certain workforce metrics. More built-in explanation or context for specific metrics would make it easier for new users to understand what they’re seeing and use the data confidently.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workforce data used to be handled mostly by the HR analytics team. Compete makes those insights much easier to share across the organization. As a result, managers now have clearer visibility into their teams, which helps them make more informed decisions about staffing and performance. Feels worthy of our budget

  ### 2. Makes Workforce Metrics Easy with Clear Dashboards and Flexible AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moris J. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

Compete makes workforce metrics much easier to understand and share across the team. Its dashboards pull key data into one place, which helps everyone stay aligned and on the same page. I also appreciate that the AI can generate custom metrics when the standard ones don’t fully answer the question. That kind of flexibility is especially useful during planning discussions and when you need to explore a specific angle quickly.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start using the AI query feature. Once you get the hang of it, it works well, but new users may need some time to figure out how to phrase questions effectively.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest improvement for us has been speed. Rather than waiting on reports or manually pulling together data from multiple tools, we can explore workforce questions right away. This helps our leadership team react more quickly to organizational changes, and it gives us greater confidence when making decisions about staffing and budgets.

  ### 3. Streamlined HR Workflows with Clear, Reliable Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo D. | HR Operations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The workflow capabilities have made our HR processes far more organized. Tasks like promotions and compensation changes now follow a clear, structured process rather than being handled through email and spreadsheets. Managers know exactly which steps to complete and when to complete them, which helps keep everything moving forward in a consistent, reliable way.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

The workflow configuration stage takes some careful setup. However, once everything is configured correctly, the system runs smoothly and reliably.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more reliable way to manage internal HR processes across departments, and Compete has helped us do that. It makes it easier to track progress and ensures approvals happen in the correct order. Since using it, we’ve seen less confusion and better coordination between teams.

  ### 4. Clear, Structured Workflows That Keep HR Processes on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin G. | HR Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The workflow functionality is one of the most valuable parts of the platform. We’ve been able to move several HR processes into clear, structured workflows rather than relying on manual coordination. Managers can easily see what they’re responsible for and when tasks are due, which helps keep everything on track and running more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

The initial configuration takes some careful setup. Because the workflows are customizable, it helps to plan out the process in advance before you start building it in the system.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage a lot of our HR processes through spreadsheets and long email threads, which often led to confusion and, at times, delayed decisions. Compete centralizes those workflows for us and provides much clearer visibility into what’s happening and how things are progressing.

  ### 5. Extremely Useful Scenario Modeling for Confident Workforce Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamlet J. | HR Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The scenario modeling is extremely useful. We can test workforce ideas—like hiring changes or compensation adjustments—and immediately see the potential outcomes. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of planning and gives leaders more confidence when making decisions. I also appreciate that the metrics are clearly defined, so everyone is working from the same numbers and interpreting results consistently.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Some of the dashboard customization options could be more flexible. The built-in metrics are strong, but when I want to create very specific visual views, it can take a few extra steps to get everything set up the way I need.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Compete, our workforce data was scattered across several different systems, which made it hard to answer strategic questions quickly. Now we can pull up insights right away and run what-if scenarios during planning sessions. It saves us time and helps leadership evaluate workforce changes using real data rather than assumptions.

  ### 6. Clear Dashboards and AI Insights Make Workforce Data Easy to Explore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maham R. | People Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The platform makes workforce data feel much more approachable. Even people who aren’t very technical can still explore key metrics and trends without getting lost. The dashboards are clear, and they make it easy to track changes over time and understand what’s shifting. I also like that the AI can surface patterns that might not be obvious at first glance, which helps me spot insights more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Some of the more advanced analytics features come with a bit of a learning curve. It’s not hard to use, but it does take some time to fully understand them and figure out how to get the most value from them.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to understand workforce patterns across our organization, and Compete has helped us do that. It makes it easier to spot potential issues early, like turnover trends or imbalances between teams. With that added visibility, we can address problems sooner, before they grow into something bigger.

  ### 7. AI-Powered Workforce Insights Made Accessible for Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adbel H. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

I like how the platform connects workforce metrics to broader organizational outcomes. The AI helps surface patterns in our data that might otherwise go unnoticed. I also appreciate being able to ask questions conversationally instead of having to build complicated reports, which makes insights much more accessible—even for leaders who aren’t data specialists.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Occasionally, the AI’s responses need a bit more clarification when my question is very complex. It still provides useful information, but sometimes I have to rephrase or refine the question to get exactly what I’m looking for.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our leadership team often needs quick context on workforce trends during meetings. In the past, getting those answers usually meant doing follow-up analysis after the meeting. With Compete, we can pull immediate insights in the moment, which helps keep discussions productive, focused, and moving forward.

  ### 8. AI-Driven Analytics and a Metrics Hub That Clarify Workforce Trends

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica A. | Investor Relations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The AI-driven analytics are very helpful for understanding workforce trends. They surface patterns and signals that would normally take a lot of manual analysis to uncover. I also like the metrics hub, since it standardizes definitions across the organization. That alone has reduced a lot of confusion and back-and-forth around reporting.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Some parts of the workflow setup require careful planning. Since the workflows are customizable, it can take some time upfront to configure them properly for your organization and make sure everything is set up the way you need.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to rely heavily on spreadsheets for our compensation and workforce planning processes, which often led to version control problems and avoidable mistakes. Compete replaces many of those manual steps with structured workflows and centralized data, so everything is in one place. As a result, our processes feel more organized, consistent, and much easier to manage.

  ### 9. Fast, Leadership-Friendly HR Insights on Demand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose M. | Chief Sales Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The biggest benefit for me is the speed. We can ask a workforce question and get a meaningful answer almost immediately, instead of waiting on reports. The AI also does a good job of translating complex HR data into something leadership can understand. It’s been especially helpful during planning conversations, when quick insights are needed.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

It took our team a little time to get comfortable asking the right kinds of questions. The AI works well, but you gradually learn how to phrase your queries to get the most useful insights.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team supports executives who often raise workforce-related questions during strategy discussions. In the past, those questions would turn into follow-up reports that took days to put together. With Compete, we can frequently provide answers on the spot, which helps keep decisions moving forward.

  ### 10. Practical Scenario Modeling That Strengthens Workforce Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Director of People Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The scenario modeling capability is extremely practical. It lets us quickly test ideas such as increasing hiring, restructuring the organization, or adjusting compensation and then see the potential outcomes. As a result, our workforce planning conversations are much more informed, and leadership appreciates having data to support those decisions.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

The platform offers a wide range of analytical features, so new users may need a little time to get familiar with everything it can do.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strategic workforce planning often comes with a lot of uncertainty. Compete helps us assess potential decisions using data instead of assumptions, which makes our planning conversations more structured and gives us greater confidence in the direction we choose.

  ### 11. Digital Shelf Analytics That Clarifies Marketplace Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarun K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Compete?**

The Digital Shelf Analytics is the feature I like most. It has helped our team better understand how our products perform across different online marketplaces. It’s also useful for tracking price changes and competitor positioning.

**What do you dislike about Compete?**

Some dashboards take time for new users to learn.

**What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This gives our merchandising team better visibility.
