What do you like best about Compete?

What I find most useful is how quickly it answers our workforce questions. Rather than pulling multiple reports, we can ask the AI and get a clear response immediately. The insights are straightforward and easy to understand, which helps a lot when discussing staffing plans with leadership. What do you dislike about Compete?

The platform offers a lot of functionality, so it takes some time to explore everything that’s available. I think a few more onboarding guides would make it easier for new users to learn the system and get up to speed faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Compete solving and how is that benefiting you?

We regularly evaluate workforce capacity across different departments. In the past, this meant juggling several spreadsheets and doing manual calculations.
