What do you like best about True Tilt Personality Profile?

Tilt taps perennial wisdom using universal language within an accessible framework that resonates for people from a wide array of cultures, creeds, politics, and experience. It invites conversation and insight as deeply as people are willing to go.

Tilt365 tools mirror a person’s basic motivations and habits, especially how they overplay or underplay one or more of their commendable character traits under stress. Many are astonished by the accuracy and insight of the True Tilt Profile they receive after an investment of 6-7 minutes. I appreciate how tools in the Tilt365 suite scale, building on a consistent model for an individual profile, a 360-degree review, shifts in team climate, and intentional evolution of an organization’s culture.

Tilt invites reflection and growth for individuals, and new abundance for partners and groups. If ‘humour is truth expressed in surprising ways,’ Tilting is a lot of fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about True Tilt Personality Profile?

I like Tilt a lot. When I’ve needed administrative help, e.g., adding a previous client’s profile to a new group, the Tilt365 team have been quick and generous in their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is True Tilt Personality Profile solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve leveraged Tilt for 1,000+ people and teams in scores of organizations as a coach and consultant. I appreciate how quickly Tilt becomes a trusted tool for people and groups tackling live issues and opportunities. When clients internalize the model, they lean into the fundamental understandings they’ve gained. They use the model to harness character strengths they may have habitually ignored. They recognize long-established behaviours and blind spots that don’t work for them anymore. They see how their constant over- or underplaying of their greatest gifts causes pain and suffering for themselves, their teams, and their families. And, sometimes after many scraped knees, they motivate themselves to move from protective and competitive versions of their personas to agile and generative incarnations of their truer selves.

Clients are often drawn to a section of their Tilt report that illuminates a current pain, challenge, or failure they’re experiencing, and they use it to set their coaching agenda. Clients hone the prescriptive entry points of their report through self-discovery and discernment. They leverage new insights facilitated by Tilt’s elegant arrangement of core leadership strengths and underlying commendable character traits. Often, their field of view expands to include connections between their mind, body, heart, or spirit.
