"Salfy Makes Employee Benefits Effortless—All in One Place"

What do you like best about Salfy?

We use Salfy at our agency almost daily, mainly for three benefits: the BVG job ticket (Deutschlandticket), the meal allowance and the prepaid card for the tax-free benefit-in-kind allowance (Sachbezug). The ticket was set up once and we haven't had to touch it since. For the meal allowance, people upload the receipt in the app and the amount is prepared for payroll automatically. The prepaid card is topped up every month and is the benefit employees notice most, because they use it in everyday life. For me as the owner: one login, everything in one place, no paper receipts floating around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salfy?

The meal allowance only works well if the team uploads receipts promptly – if someone puts it off, there's some catching up at month end. That's more on us than on Salfy, but an automatic reminder would still help. Beyond that I'd like a few more customization options in the app, but that's minor. What problems is Salfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, every benefit meant a different provider and a separate settlement. Now the job ticket, meal allowance and prepaid card run through one platform, the tax treatment is documented cleanly and the admin effort is close to zero. The bigger win: the team actually uses the benefits because they're visible and easy in the app. That makes our compensation package more attractive without raising gross salaries.
