Our company was the party on the other side of eleven separate agreements. Every one of those agreements had to be drafted, signed, kept and, if it ever came to it, defended. Under this arrangement their legal entity signs with the performer and we purchase completed work from that entity. We have one supplier. Our lawyer reviewed the construction before we started and had no objection to it. The value is excellent for what we pay. Before Arbonum, our legal spend on contractor agreements was significant, and the administrative burden of managing eleven separate relationships was becoming unsustainable. Now we have one supplier agreement and a predictable monthly cost. The savings in legal fees and HR time alone cover the cost multiple times over. Considering the reduced reclassification risk and simpler audits, it's a very fair price for the peace of mind. I'd say the ROI is clear within the first few months.
