What do you like best about Truework?

Being in Human Resources, I handle many verification of employment requests. We have used the worknumber but have encountered many issues with them so most of them are now written forms that take long to print and scan back or over the phone which require an ID number and usually are automated with wait times or you can not hear the people well so they take a very long time. What do you dislike about Truework?

I have no dislikes so far. I think they are the most efficient for VOE's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Truework:

If you need a system for VOE's in your HR Department, this is the software to use. Other VOE systems are way more tedious and take up so much time/ need resources you may not have (such as printer/scanner) which can make them take way more time to fill out. What problems is Truework solving and how is that benefiting you?

No mishearing of an ID number to get the correct verification, no wait time waiting for representatives to assist me, no need access to printer/scanner to print these out and mail them back. It was easy to fill out over the computer and is sent to them right away making the client not have to wait on us for these to be filled out (they usually need this info right away for home loans, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
