
What I love about Snoooz is that it doesn't just say "I'm away." It analyzes the email content. If a potential lead emails me asking for a quote, Snoooz actually drafts a polite, relevant response acknowledging their specific request and letting them know exactly when to expect an answer. It feels personal, not robotic. The Executive Summary feature is also brilliant—when I get back, I don't have to read 300 threads; I just read the summaries Snoooz prepared. The platform is still evolving, so occasionally the UI feels a little "busy" when you are deep in the settings trying to configure specific rules for different types of contacts. It’s not difficult, just requires a bit of focus during the initial setup. I’d also love to see deeper native integrations with CRM tools beyond just the standard email clients in the future.
