It is quick, almost felt to simplistic, but the readout contains several deep seated nuggets of truth with insights and options for addressing them. It's a valuable filter on self and how my inner self shows up.

It invites conversation and insight as deeply as people are willing to go. Tilt365 tools mirror a person’s basic motivations and habits, especially how they overplay or underplay one or more of their commendable character traits under stress. Many are astonished by the accuracy and insight of the True Tilt Profile they receive after an investment of 6-7 minutes. I appreciate how tools in the Tilt365 suite scale, building on a consistent model for an individual profile, a 360-degree review, shifts in team climate, and intentional evolution of an organization’s culture.
