From an accounting perspective, the biggest advantage has been keeping payment records and all supporting documents in one place. Month-end reconciliation for contractor payments is now much faster, since we no longer need to pull information from multiple systems. The transaction history is straightforward to review, and the documentation is consistent from one payment to the next. Overall, it has made our financial close more efficient. I’d like to see improved export options for the accounting software. We can work with the current reports as they are, but having additional export formats would save us a few extra steps and make the process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
