**What do you like best about Humantic AI?**

The profile details, sample scripts, and the do’s and don’ts are really helpful. They allow me to be prepared when talking to a prospect, a candidate, or anyone else, because I can understand the DISC style and, more specifically, what not to do. I also rely on the cold-calling script and the email format. The best is knowing if i need to send a short, medium or long email.

I use it every day religiously; it’s my first go-to as soon as I get a name. I also like the extension on LinkedIn and the integration with my CRM.

It’s very easy to use, and within a few days you can understand how to use it and work it into your process.

**What do you dislike about Humantic AI?**

Sometimes I need to include more than 10 people in a group. For example, if we have 12 attendees for a meeting, the report still only shows 10.

**What problems is Humantic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Humantic AI?**

HumanticAI is most helpful because it gives sales teams a fast, accurate, and actionable understanding of their buyers. This makes every outreach, meeting, and message tailored to how that specific person thinks, decides, and communicates. It shifts sales from generic engagement to precision‑level personalization, which is especially valuable in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.

**What do you dislike about Humantic AI?**

TO some degree, it is almost too much information. Having a brief key insight in addition to the longer read would be helpful. Not all business/sales meetings allow for a ton of prep time.

**What problems is Humantic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HumanticAI is solving a very real set of problems that slow sellers down, weaken outreach, and make it harder to break through with modern buyers. Buyers are overwhelmed, skeptical, and hard to engage because they are flooded with generic outreach. They ignore messages that don’t feel relevant or aligned to how they think. HumanticAI helped me with a personality-based playbook for each buyer, showing me how they prefer to communicate and tailoring tone, structure, and messaging so it resonates.

**What do you like best about Humantic AI?**

What I’ve found most helpful about Humantic AI is how quickly it turns vague “people signals” into something actually usable in a sales or relationship context. Instead of guessing how someone prefers to communicate, you get a pretty clear read on personality, decision style, and how to approach them. Before you even get on a call. That alone has changed how I prep for meetings and outreach.

The biggest upside is the practical impact on engagement. Messages feel more tailored without taking a ton of extra time, and conversations tend to move faster because you’re meeting people where they are. It’s especially useful in B2B settings where small adjustments in tone or framing can make a big difference.

Another strength is how seamlessly it fits into existing workflows. It doesn’t feel like another “tool you have to manage”...it layers into platforms like LinkedIn and CRM systems in a way that’s pretty intuitive. The insights are also easy to digest; you don’t need a psychology background to apply them.

Overall, it’s one of those tools that sounds a bit abstract at first, but once you start using it, it becomes part of how you naturally think about communication and relationship-building.

**What do you dislike about Humantic AI?**

If I had to point out downsides, the biggest one is that the insights aren’t always 100% accurate. Most of the time they’re directionally helpful, but you still need to apply judgment rather than take everything at face value. If someone relies on it too heavily, it can feel a bit formulaic.

There’s also a bit of a learning curve in figuring out how to best use the insights in a natural way. Early on, it’s easy to overthink your messaging or sound less authentic if you’re trying too hard to “match” a profile.

Another minor drawback is that the value depends on how much data is available. For some contacts, especially less active or lower-profile individuals, the insights can be pretty limited.

That said, none of these are deal-breakers.

**What problems is Humantic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humantic AI is solving a problem that’s pretty common in sales but rarely addressed directly: you’re expected to build trust and tailor your approach to each buyer, but you’re usually doing that with incomplete information and under time pressure. Most tools give you company-level data, but almost nothing about the actual people making decisions.

What it does really well is close that gap between “I know the account” and “I understand the person.” By using personality insights and buyer intelligence, it helps you quickly figure out how someone prefers to communicate, what they care about, and what might turn them off. Instead of going in blind or relying purely on instinct, you’re going in with a much clearer strategy.

For me, the benefit is mostly in speed and confidence. Prep that used to take a long time (or just didn’t happen) now takes a few minutes, and I feel a lot more deliberate in how I approach conversations. It’s especially helpful in complex deals with multiple stakeholders, where each person needs a slightly different approach.

It also improves the quality of engagement. Outreach feels more relevant, conversations tend to progress faster, and you avoid a lot of the small missteps that can stall a deal. At a high level, it’s helping turn what used to be a “soft skill” (reading people) into something more scalable and repeatable across a team.

Sorry there really isn't much. I guess I would say that when a person hasn't had too much activity and you don't have any emails or texts to help Humantic with personality. I don't know that is something that could ever be changed.

In enterprise sales you can have perfect product-market fit and still fall short because you don’t understand the human on the other side of the deal. I have been using Humantic AI for the last three years and it has been marvelous and outstanding. I truly value its ability to solve problems for the Sales and Marketing team by using AI to predict buyer behavior and provide personalized engagement strategies. I love its capability to provide buyer intelligence through its advanced Personality AI engine. The engine is incredibly valuable as it uses AI and psychology to help revenue teams understand buyers on a deeper, more personal level. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy and straightforward with simple installation steps. The switch to Humantic AI from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless AI was motivated by its ability to automate the entire lead generation and outreach workflow at a lower cost. Humantic helps me to avoid mistakes in composition of outreach that could turn off a prospective client.  By guiding my messaging and tailoring its delivery to the target audience, I feel far more confident that I put forth the best possible effort to make that connection.

Generally, I like everything.  The prompts and message customization could be a easier.  For example, if I could warehouse a series of messages, select the one I want, and then have Humantic customize the entire email, that would be great.  Today I have to cut and paste from a word document.

What I like best about Humantic is how they have increased the rate at which I can personalize emails by integrating a customers recent LinkedIn activity, personality insights, and provided information. It's very easy to install and use, the pull tab system is great for my flow of work, and the team were amazing with onboarding me.

It primarily pulls information from LinkedIn, although this is an area that the organization is looking to address soon.

It really helps prepare for upfront discussions but the ability to build a power map when having a large group and know who are the decision makers,  influencers , neutrals and skeptics is really helpful to drive a successful meeting.    The ability to research firms in minutes versus hours is a tremendous productivity impact.

The tone and persona creation for each individual, I checked it for my boss, bosses boss and my counterpart and I liked and could trust the data. I used to use it once a everyday and I pitched it to my boss for the BDA  team for better lead gen notes and ICP profiling I had implemented it in a few clicks and liked the way it was working but my proposal got rejected as they belive this is more of a ENT AE kind of a tool which i agree and now we do not have a BDA team here so no more usecase

nothing as such but for people who are not active in linkdln the tool might not work the best also sometimes a lot of impactful data can also feel too much to consume

Still working through a few small UI, config, and back end items.  To be fair though, they've provided me access to some beta parts so that just goes with the territory. They're very responsive and helpful.

Humantic AI gives me a powerful edge in outreach by helping me quickly understand the personalities of my prospects.  It’s especially useful in early interactions, where first impressions matter most. The LinkedIn integration and email writing tips are practical, fast, and surprisingly accurate (I work with behavioral assessments a lot. It's become a staple in my prospecting process.

The UI can feel a little clunky at times, especially when toggling between different views or trying to dig into deeper insights. Also, the pricing might feel steep for smaller teams or solopreneurs. That said, the value it provides usually offsets those concerns if you’re doing a decent amount of outreach.

I love how Humantic AI automatically provides insights into the personality traits of people I have scheduled meetings with.  It's a great tool for quickly understanding the personality and communication preferences for the executives I'm meeting with.  I find the insights useful and accurate and timely.  Before a meeting, I always check the Humantic profile now to gain additional insights into buyers and decision makers.  I've also found it great for the LinkedIn integration, as it helps me shape prospecting outreach that is more relevant and tailored to my audience.

I haven't come across any aspects I particularly dislike.  It is easy to use and provides valuable insights.

It feels like the use case (i.e. supporting conversion) is too limited given the insight. 

I personally see great potential beyond the primary use case. 

Overall this is less about what I dislike about the features and more about what I see myself use Humantic AI for.

I didn’t like the fact that the free trial was so short. Perhaps it would be more impactful if you gave a limited number of profile look up every month. That way you would have consistent usage across accounts and could have more of a viral growth within a company.

I used it to find out personas of my colleagues, and to cold reach out to people. It gave a very precise interpretation of their persona. It's integration with linkedin is very smooth, which I really like, and hence very easy to use.

A lot of founders don't want very formal way of communicating through email. The suggestions Humantic AI give while writing an email are very formal in that way. If we are able to suggest some casual way, their interests which we can bond about will really help.

I would say for now that there isn't a ton of things that I don't like. I would love to make a suggestion. Currently you receive a very nice and helpful spreadsheet... but I think it could be enhanced with more recommendations and insights in narrative form.

In my opinion, Humantic AI's best feature is the DISC functionality. Showing the DISC of each prospect prior to giving them a call or sending an email allows me to tailor the email to how they would prefer being cold-called or sent a cold email.

After using Humantic AI, I noticed that my battery drains extremely quickly and causes my LinkedIn to slow down when using Humantic. This downside makes it slightly harder for a student who uses a laptop to use Humantic frequently.

Because they are still building this out, some of the DISC profiles I have seen are incorrect. However, they have a feedback option that allows you to submit something and let them know if it needs to be changed, but if you are looking someone up for the first time, you have to proceed with caution on whether it is correct or not.

I lead the Sales Performance & Strategy Team at IBM.    When I work with sellers on sales strategy, we build a list of 8-10 key players on the client's buying committee.    I leverage HumanicAI and LinkedIn to help my selling team better understand the customers buying team... member by member.    It shapes the words we use, and the approach to each key stakeholder.    I know of no better way to analyze the people involve in a sales opportunity.

The insights it gives me helps shape contact and communication strategies for nearly every call I make with new colleagues or clients.      I encourage teams to leverage HumanicAI for deal strategy and certainly for negotiation strategies on key opportunities.    It's intuitive, easy to use, and provides you with forensic detail that is actionable in the work you do.   I don't know what I would do without it.

I've been using Humantic AI extensively for personalizing every touchpoint in my interactions with prospects. It's like having an mentor guiding me to the best sales strategies, catching my prospects attention and making sure I'm giving them a unique experience. Would definately reccomend!

AI can always get better, and it's getting better everyday. With that I can see humantic ai getting more precise, and even more personalized.

It's solving redundancy and time-consuming prospecting. For example researching over a 100 leads that come my way as inbound SDR, wiht Humantic I can cut my research time down in half.

**What do you like best about Humantic AI?**

Humantic AI helps me understand my prospects better, so I can personalize my communication for better results. By analyzing public data and written text, this platform generates comprehensive personality profiles, resulting in a significant improvement in my communication methods. The seamless integration with Salesforce and HubSpot is a huge plus, making my workflow much smoother, as it allows me to easily share information between the two systems. Using the generative AI feature, I can now write tailored emails that hit the mark with my leads, making my outreach more effective. I've seen a significant improvement in response rates and a deeper connection with others.

**What do you dislike about Humantic AI?**

One thing that can be challenging is learning how to use it. Although I appreciate the powerful features of the platform, it felt a bit too much to take in at first, especially for someone without much time to explore all the options. Pricing is opaque and can be steep, posing a challenge for smaller teams and startups. Although the personality predictions tend to be right, they're not infallible, and occasional inaccuracies could result in communication strategies that aren't quite on point.  The free trial's brevity restricts the opportunity to delve into all the features before committing.

**What problems is Humantic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humantic AI makes it easier for me to personalize outreach on a large scale. Finding the right approach for each prospect in sales can be challenging, as you need to connect with them on a personal level. By leveraging DISC and other psychometric models, Humantic AI provides detailed personality insights that enable me to tailor my communication style for every individual. The improvement has been substantial, enhancing my communication with potential clients and leading to more successful sales.
