They allow me to be prepared when talking to a prospect, a candidate, or anyone else, because I can understand the DISC style and, more specifically, what not to do. I also rely on the cold-calling script and the email format. The best is knowing if i need to send a short, medium or long email.
I use it every day religiously; it’s my first go-to as soon as I get a name. I also like the extension on LinkedIn and the integration with my CRM.
