I don't like it when they ask you to write a value prop, and the sidebar sometimes gets in the way. We also haven't figured out how to integrate the system into our Outreach tool. It's easier to use on actual Linkedin, but I found that when I'm looking for just a few sentence message from Regie, it asks for so many things before I'm even given options that I might as well just look at the prospect's Linkedin and write a few short sentences myself. As an Inside Sales Manager, teaching reps how to write has always seemed impossible. Add to the fact that trying to sell complicated tech servces in a 50 word sales email is another layer of difficulty. We use both Auto Pilot and Co Pilot from Regie, Co Pilot has been incredibly effective at personalizing at scale and improving open/reply and conversions. Sometimes it does sound a bit like machine. Messages just don't sound as natural as human would. You have to keep tweaking it to sound more like you. I think it is the best AI tool I have come across for outbound prospecting and personalization of emails. Most tools in the industry so far have very generic "personalized" messaging, and this is where Regie sets itself apart from the competition. The Regie Chrome extension is also better than most that I have seen in the industry with ease of use and gives you high-level details of exactly what you are looking for based on company info/ Linkedin profile. Since it is in its early stages, it is very difficult to get help from support. I was tasked with looking into some new outbound prospecting tools for my company, and I was hoping to get some questions answered by support before deciding what plan to purchase, and was not able to get a hold of anyone. There is only one "demo" that they advertise as live but is actually just recorded. There are very few "help" resources on their website, so it's hard to self-learn the tool and how to best utilize all of the features. It is the easiest tool in my toolbox to use when reaching out to potential customers/clients that I use every single day. It works where I work, I don't have to bounce around from different platforms in order to simply work with Regie. I know that what is generated via the inputs (as simple as a LI page or URL), the output is going to be from best practices, today. (Also love the "start from scratch!" Regie.ai takes the work out of one of THE hardest part of writing cold email - the first draft. It successfully takes 1-2 pain points, 1-2 value propositions, and turns them into a first draft of several emails. It includes multiple A/B variations and even spells out principles of cold email copy that are industry best standards. The end value for me as a marketer is well worth the price. It's clearly still working out some kinks in the PDF eport being 100% accurate compared to the work in-software. There also could be better flexibility in adjusting the input information after running a campaign. All relatively minor inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love Regie.ai and the Rapid Writer Tool. Implementation was incredibly easy. I've uploaded all of our various product value props into Regie.ai and can now use the Rapid Writer feature to write personalized messsages, email sequences, and more in a literal click of a button. There is very little to actually dislike about Regie.ai, however I think the future product roadmap could benefit from adding in more analytics capabilities around prescriptive recommendations and changes that we should make to our sequences based on best practices and what seems to be working in the field. the inability to speak to it potentially when wanting to creating a custom message (in the custom section). And its inability to create emails with two targets in the message when you click on two. It only has the ability to create an effective message with one job trigger... I.e. (job change and a merger.... these things are directly related potentially and regie will only throw in one the triggers in the message, then create another message with the other, but it does not include both in one sigular message) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
