How much does Hivebrite cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Hivebrite pricing in 2026 starts at $895.00 and can reach $1,995.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Hivebrite's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Hivebrite pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics and Hivebrite's pricing structure, Hivebrite is best suited for small to mid-market organizations, particularly nonprofits, alumni networks, higher education institutions, and professional associations that need a centralized community management solution. G2 reviewers from small businesses dominate the review pool and frequently highlight Hivebrite's value for connecting dispersed global memberships. The Core plan suits newer or smaller communities, while Hivebrite's Flex and Prime tiers align with scaling or regionally structured organizations. Enterprise reviewers in higher education and consulting also report strong satisfaction, making Hivebrite's pricing well-matched for organizations prioritizing engagement, events, and member communication over budget minimization.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Hivebrite?

Hivebrite does not offer a free version or free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Hivebrite, the entry-level Core plan starts at $895.00 per month billed annually and includes unlimited users, events, email campaigns, directory, monetization, automations, and AI tools. Hivebrite's higher tiers, Flex at $1,995.00 per month and the contact-for-pricing Prime and Custom Fit plans, unlock progressively advanced capabilities such as group management, autonomous sub-communities, governance tools, deep customization, and extensibility. G2 reviewers note that some features and integrations may carry additional costs beyond the base contract, which can surprise smaller organizations.

Is Hivebrite considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Hivebrite consistently rate the platform highly, with many praising its all-in-one functionality, strong customer support, and continuous feature improvements. However, pricing concerns appear frequently, particularly among small nonprofits and smaller communities. Multiple G2 reviewers explicitly note that Hivebrite's pricing is high relative to their usage or organizational size, with comments like "the cost is a challenge" and "a very large expense for a nonprofit our size." That said, high ratings alongside these cost concerns suggest Hivebrite is viewed as a premium investment that delivers genuine value, especially for organizations that fully leverage its community management, events, and engagement tools.

What do you like best about Hivebrite?

One of the best features of Hivebrite is its all-in-one functionality, which allows us to manage community engagement, events, content, and member data from a single platform. The customization options—such as creating groups, resource libraries, and targeted communication workflows—make it easy to tailor the experience to our members' needs. Most importantly, Hivebrite helps us foster real connection and collaboration between entrepreneurs and business support organizations without needing to juggle multiple disconnected tools. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

While Hivebrite offers strong functionality, some areas of the platform feel unintuitive or require extra steps for basic tasks like content formatting, segmenting audiences, or customizing layouts. The user interface can be overwhelming for new members, which may discourage them from exploring or engaging fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for Matching, but Disappointing Multilingual"

What do you like best about Hivebrite?

I really love using Hivebrite to create our platform; it establishes connections and facilitates matching between co-founders. What I like the most are the matching recommendations that help keep our community engaged. They allow new users to stay informed about other members and encourage old users to return to meet new ones. This promotes effective exchanges between co-founders. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

In fact, everything related to the activation form, I find that it's not really compatible with the filters we're looking for in the People Directory, there are incompatibilities, but really the biggest incompatibility is with the multilingual functions. We're trying to have a community that is bilingual in English and French. Then the functionalities actually don't allow us to have good translations and an activation form or a filter form that includes both a French version and an English version. We are forced to have dual displays in many places, which affects the UX part. There were problems with the translation. An initial version was in English only, and when I had to do the French, I had to start over from scratch, everything I had done in English wasn't necessarily final because there hadn't been a translation. Otherwise, I find that the initial installation was relatively okay, but at the same time, there was a lot of back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
