What do you like best about Hivebrite?

Everything! It was so easy to build our platform in Hivebrite. They've truly built a product designed for community engagement and success. The Hivebrite team is so helpful and attentive to their client's needs and platform vision. Brittaney Shade was amazing and very considerate of our vision when setting up our account and Albert Choute was the best person to lead our onboarding program, giving us step by step guidance and exceptional solutions to every obstacle that came up. It's obvious that they really do care about making elevated online engagement experiences for all of their clients. My team and I use our Hivebrite platform everyday to add more content, communicate in the direct message feature, and build the best experience for our members. It was also really easy to integrate external forms from our main website and to implement various features within the platform. Thank you for making our experience memorable and stress-free! What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

If there were one area of improvement, is that there are some site formatting challenges when using our font on the site. We've encountered formatting issues on the menu bar and in certain text boxes while using our brand font, but once I raised this concern, Albert Choute communicated our concern to the software development team and they immediately started working on finding a solution. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

Hivebrite has given our global leadership community a true home over the last 3 years. So many users take advantage of the robust People directory literally every single day (along with sharing wide-ranging updates on our Live Feed daily). As admins, we also love the rich and easy-to-navigate backend dashboards to understand what's happening in our community in many different ways. And this year, we've seen huge benefits from the Orbiit AI-powered matchmaking integration, to help us reach and engage many users in a light-touch and low-lift way for both us and them. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

Some app updates have taken time to come in the past, and some of our global users in low bandwidth environments have reported issues. It also took some time for a polling feature to be enabled, but it now exists. The team is always helpful and responsive and overall we are very happy with Hivebrite as the home for our global community and look forward to continue sustaining our member engagement there. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

I like Hivebrite's efficiency and how easy it is to use, making it simple to learn and teach. The app itself is super slick. The support chat has been really helpful, and any problems we've had have been dealt with quickly. Importing people is simple, and it easily connects with sheets and outside URLs. Accessing performance data is very insightful and useful. I've also found the support page with countless advice blogs very useful, along with my direct contact at Hivebrite. The setup process was smooth, thanks to the great support from our contact at Hivebrite who helped us transition flawlessly, including aligning the platform with our rebrand. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

What do you like best about Hivebrite?

I like Hivebrite for its easy site building once you get the hang of it. It's fairly quick and easy to keep building or amending the site, which is convenient. I also appreciate the easy payment setup and how straightforward it is to view payments. Adding and sharing events is quick too, and I really like the great member directory they offer. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

The initial support to build the site is limited with your guide essentially sending you digital resources and hoping those are enough to teach you. We found we did have to push quite hard to get extra support. The build options, whilst easy, are also very prescriptive and inflexible, but I guess that's why it's so quick to build your site. It is also slow to reach the help team who sort bugs or issues - they can only be contacted by submitting a ticket and will then email you back in a few days. What do you like best about Hivebrite?

Lovely design and lots of easy to use features. Our users have barely accessed the how-to guides we developed because it's all very intuitive. In the backoffice, you're able to customise a good amount and the new analytics dashboards are really helpful. We also feel well supported by our account manager.
