Also like that auto emails are sent out asking candidates to take the survey and there is an option to resend/reminder/ask again to take the survey if they didn't already. I've had a few reviews of negative feedback that had nothing to do with my fault or a situation I was not involved with, but I got a negative score and then other people can see that. Asking for feedback immediately after presenting a client can lead to inaccurate reviews, as the recruiter hasn’t had a chance to build a relationship yet. Reviews should be based on actual working experiences rather than first impressions. Additionally, when a candidate is transferred to a new recruiter due to staff changes, they may already feel frustrated about the transition. Requesting a review too soon in these cases can result in feedback that doesn’t reflect the new recruiter’s efforts or professionalism. The feedback I used to hear the most is about follow-up, so in turn I have been making a note to follow up with all candidates I have submitted for positions by the end of the week even if I do not have an update.
