Great Recruiters has been a great tool as a recruiter to have. It not only provides a platform for candidates to share there experience working with me, but also holds me accountable as a recruiter to create the best experience for my candidates. I like the metrics side of it as well and the competitive edge it provides as a recruiter too! Like I mentioned, the accountability piece is so helpful. Of course, the downsize in recruiting, is even when a situation is completely out of my hands as a recruiter, the candidate can take that frustration out on a review. The only downside to it, is having a couple reviews out there representing myself and our team in a situation out of our control.
