This platform has taken my referrals to a next level. The review process is not forced and I find the feedback to be more genuine overall. Randomly having a 5 star review hit your inbox can change the entire outlook of your day. It's empowering for the sales team overall, we celebrate the tops reviews and use the lower reviews for continual training/education. I spent 10 years at a large company that did not use any software for reviews/referrals, outside of verbally asking candidates for feedback. I can honestly say, this is the first thing I have used in a 15 year recruiting career that I can't find a single thing I would change.
