Asking for feedback immediately after presenting a client can lead to inaccurate reviews, as the recruiter hasn’t had a chance to build a relationship yet. Reviews should be based on actual working experiences rather than first impressions.

Additionally, when a candidate is transferred to a new recruiter due to staff changes, they may already feel frustrated about the transition. I enjoy the platform however I've found that when a review goes over a certain character limit, it tends to cut off in the graphic and doesn't show the whole review when you choose to post to social media.
