Within minutes, my recruiters were getting quality feedback! This is completely different than a manager saying what needs to improve. The candidates have a delicate approach and provide specifics to get better (at the desk-level), which is great! The team...Adam, Laura, and David are all top-notch to work with as well and the implementation is extremely easy! Within a week, we had hundreds of reviews....and are even seeing our 3rd Party Reviews (Google, etc.) starting to drastically improve! We are loving the product and can see it benefiting us for a while! To add another benefit that I was skeptical about, we are seeing referrals sky-rocket! My only downsides were when texting the link out the reviews come in unsolicited which then made it a 2 step process for my candidate b/c they had to go back into verify it. This is more of a suggestion as opposed to something I "dislike" when sending a review the reference point selection can we add more options?
