I have been on both sides of the coin with the platform: I've been an administrator and I've been a recruiter receiving reviews. I like how user-friendly the platform is. As a recruiter, I also hear from healthcare professionals that the reviews were easy to fill out and didn't take too much time to do. We have received great support from Adam and the rest of the team. Adam is so friendly, easy to talk to and truly wants the best for the companies that use his platform. Within minutes, my recruiters were getting quality feedback! This is completely different than a manager saying what needs to improve. The candidates have a delicate approach and provide specifics to get better (at the desk-level), which is great! The team...Adam, Laura, and David are all top-notch to work with as well and the implementation is extremely easy! Within a week, we had hundreds of reviews....and are even seeing our 3rd Party Reviews (Google, etc.) starting to drastically improve! We are loving the product and can see it benefiting us for a while! To add another benefit that I was skeptical about, we are seeing referrals sky-rocket! It was great being able to build a portfolio of reviews highlighting my performance so that I can utlilize that with customers to gain trust. My only downsides were when texting the link out the reviews come in unsolicited which then made it a 2 step process for my candidate b/c they had to go back into verify it.
