What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?

Closing feedback loops that previously we were doing a poor job of before. Our recruiter training has improved based off of some of the survey responses we get, and the triaging of escalated problems have become more efficient because we now catch some issues before they get out of hand due to paying close attention to the feedback we receive. What do you like best about Great Recruiters?

Great Recruiters is so easy to use, especially with the guidance of our Customer Success Manager, David George. I was a little intimidated at first when I was introduced to the platform, but it's extremely user-friendly and provides easy navigation. Their Knowledge Base has been an excellent resource for new users (and experienced ones) who need a quick refresh! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?

TalentLaunch is a unique customer to GR -- we have several staffing companies under our umbrella, each specializing in different industries. When it comes time to send client reviews, we don't have the capability to customize the email verbiage depending on the type of client we're targeting.

An example is Alliance Solutions Group. There are 6 practice areas under this staffing company: ASG Office, ASG Skilled Manufacturing, ASG Food & Science, ASG Legal etc. These clients could all benefit from specific verbiage when receiving client review request emails. The way you'd communicate with an office professional client would be different from communicating with a manufacturing client.

GR has a feature to distinguish "Teams" within the platform, so it'd be great if the "Teams" could correlate to specific client emails for their niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since GR candidate surveys are sent consistently throughout the year and not just once a year, our operating company Presidents receive an active way to understand how their teams are performing through real-time feedback. It's a great tool for collecting genuinely relevant customer feedback for the recruitment industry and works seemlessly with our CRM. It adds real value by reviewing individual consultants in my business and is able to be tailored so that feedback requests are sent at the most relevamnt times, which geniunely add value to our process and internal L&D.
