What do you like best about Great Recruiters?

I love getting the reviews/feedback from candidates. It's great knowing that candidates had a pleasant interview experience. And if they didn't - it's also great knowing where improvements can be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?

The numbering system is subjective. We'll get a great quote from a candidate saying they enjoyed talking with us, but then they give a "3" rating that brings the total rating down. We try not to focus on the numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I agree, it does stink when someone gives you a poor review, but it is an opportunity to follow up and ask why if they do not provide direct feedback. Very often, it is just a misunderstanding and can be resolved quickly.

What do you like best about Great Recruiters?

Good questions on the reviews that get to the heart of traits of great recruiters. Beyond the automation of just referral requests, GR as a company is constantly bringing developments and updates that get your company name out to the masses. Deep staffing knowledge and a partner that takes time to identify your nuances. Also has very useful webinars on unique ways to leverage the platform, which is great ongoing recruiter development. What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?

My very last development ask was just completed in the June update. It was that I wanted to bring job visibility to our company page or recruiter pages, but as I mentioned, just completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, if we got bad reviews, obviously it would tell us that, but we're fortunate in that regard. GR isn't about necessarily solving a headache, it's about getting new candidates vendor-nuetral ways of earning quick credibility, as well as putting your company in the public arena to build brand recognition.
