I also wish their was an Account Management/Program Management version as I build a lot of relationships with candidates on my contracts/accounts, but may not directly be their recruiter. **What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wouldn't say it's solving any problems in particular, but rather helping our experienced and tenured recruitment team gain credibility in the industry they are working. ### 2. Hearing any feedback that could help me improve where I may have been scored slightly under 5 is helpful for me to make adjustments to my recruiting process to ensure I am providing top notch service **What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?** My only downsides were when texting the link out the reviews come in unsolicited which then made it a 2 step process for my candidate b/c they had to go back into verify it. The only other thing I saw was the referrals I have gotten from it have not been solid like the typical referrals I get directly from my candidates. **What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a single spot where I can house all reviews that have been provided about me in one spot that I have easy access to view for myself. It allows candidates to go in and validate that I am a good recruiter vs them just looking at Stability's reviews as a whole in which I may or may not get mentioned at times ### 3. It allows me as a recruiter to easily ask feedback from my candidates in a way that is easy and efficient for them. I also appreciate how I am immediately notified of any new reviews and how I can easily track my performance through both web and .xls file. **What do you dislike about Great Recruiters?** Not a disklike but a recommendation. Some recruitements firms like ours have an incentive programs for positive feedback received through Great Recruiters based on certain criteria, so I was hoping they would offer more filters when I view my reviews. While they currently have filters for verified reviews, unverified reviews, I hope these choices expand and would be applicable to both web view (GR website) and .xls file. For instance, I want to filters based on NPS, rating, verified, unverified, quarterly etc or a combination of those criteria. I also hope there is some way to integrate GR with the company's Google Page so reviews there are easily tracked too. Also I hope there is a button candidates can click giving me explicit permission to post their review. Transparency, in my experience, is always beneficial, especially given the rampant issues in data violation of tech companies. **What problems is Great Recruiters solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me learn more about the issues and insights from professionals I connected with regarding my and our company's recruitment services ### 4.
