Some recruitements firms like ours have an incentive programs for positive feedback received through Great Recruiters based on certain criteria, so I was hoping they would offer more filters when I view my reviews. While they currently have filters for verified reviews, unverified reviews, I hope these choices expand and would be applicable to both web view (GR website) and .xls file. For instance, I want to filters based on NPS, rating, verified, unverified, quarterly etc or a combination of those criteria. I also hope there is some way to integrate GR with the company's Google Page so reviews there are easily tracked too. Also I hope there is a button candidates can click giving me explicit permission to post their review. It is incredibly seamless and easy to use. I love how quick and easy it is for candidates to review you - literally takes a few seconds, but gives us great feedback. I love the reporting I get regarding my team. It is great in our standup meetings to cheer on a recruiter who got a great review or a referral from it. I have been a staffing firm owner for 25 years and it is easily one of the best products I have used. I know recruiting has a bad reputation for many candidates, but GR is really trying to change that and change the industry by highlighting and putting the good recruiters in a different playing field, and making it easy for candidates and clients to see that you, and your firm, do things the right way. Lastly, it is by far the best use of social media for us. They make it easy to post great reviews from my team on all social platforms, and it by far gets the most comments and views. The proof is in the pudding. One of our core values at Triple Crown is Fostering Relationships. We do that in a variety of ways, but until partnering with Great Recruiters, we never had a way to get primary feedback in our candidate's own words AND be able to broadcast that feedback to the world. From a recruiting perspective the tool enables me to build my reputation in a positive fashion and strive to outdo myself with greater service. It also gives me a barometer for what I can improve upon. I wish something like this was available to me in my recruiting days.
