It's decently configurable but the default configuration didn't even let me call external numbers. Works well, and the management portal allows you to see what happened during a call so you can stop the guessing game of who had issues. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?** There is a web-based version, but to use the software well, you need to install the software. Many of our clients do not want to install, or the install is flagged as malicious and they are unable to install. Well, I'll tell you, having all of your associates together in one convenient location to chat and message makes communication much more manageable. Essential functions that are very helpful are the favorites tab, creating and managing teams, and the show unread feature. Multiple different formats of files can be sent and images; being able to access files and photos from the sidebar quickly is excellent. Having a dark theme mode is wonderful. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?** Honestly, there is not much to dislike about Glip. The only thing that comes to my mind is that the gif search function does not have a "filter" on it, so some search results are not appropriate for corporate environments. If there were a way to turn on a safe search or something like that would undoubtedly improve this function. **What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication is the number one key we are solving with Glip. There are many benefits to using Glip, mostly being improved communication and teamwork. Having all of your coworkers in one convenient location to update and communicate with is perfect. ### 15. Quality of video and post recording. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?** Not a thing!! Very user friendly!!! No major training needed to roll out to team for quick use! **What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has been a huge life saver with all the agents we have moved to WFH. Ringcentral allows me to share my screen when I need assistance with software. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?** There is nothing I dislike. It is fast and convenient. The vendor just sends me the meeting id, and I am able to connect with them. **Recommendations to others considering RingCentral Video:** i highly suggest ring central. This is especially useful for healthcare support. For example, everytime, I have a software issue, ring central allows me to connect with customer support and show them exactly what issues I have. **What problems is RingCentral Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ring Central is great, and I am solving the issue of remote connection.
