I haven't encountered any major issues with Ring Central. I've been using it for over a year for various projects, and overall, it is straightforward to use. However, compared to the Zoom app, I've noticed that video calls or virtual meetings on Ring Central can be less convenient, especially when it comes to adding additional team members, which isn't as easy as it could be. What do you like best about RingCentral Video?

I really like that RingCentral Video is just one platform for phone messaging, phone calling, and even videos. It's extremely helpful that everything is integrated into the same platform. Another big plus is that it's very mobile-friendly, which makes it very easy to use for everyone. The nicest thing about RingCentral is the connection; we've never had an issue with it. It's very stable and mostly clear, which is extremely helpful. Plus, it makes the service extremely reliable, especially towards clients, helping to build credibility. What do you like best about RingCentral Video?

I like the ease of use of RingCentral Video. I primarily use the internal meetings, calling functionality, and texting capabilities, and I find these features to be quite simple. The alerts that come through are nonintrusive, and I appreciate being able to reject a call if I'm in the middle of another meeting. I also like that I can directly text my partners without using my personal device, allowing me to communicate effectively while forwarding data through to my cell phone without giving out my personal cell phone number.
