What do you like best about RingCentral Video?

I like the ease of use of RingCentral Video. I primarily use the internal meetings, calling functionality, and texting capabilities, and I find these features to be quite simple. The alerts that come through are nonintrusive, and I appreciate being able to reject a call if I'm in the middle of another meeting. I also like that I can directly text my partners without using my personal device, allowing me to communicate effectively while forwarding data through to my cell phone without giving out my personal cell phone number. What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?

It simplifies my day-to-day activities, like making phone calls with co-workers and conducting meetings and training sessions. I appreciate how it makes communication easy and also helps in sharing screens efficiently. Booking upcoming meetings and checking calendar activities is really straightforward, and the integration with Microsoft Outlook helps me a lot by managing two tasks simultaneously.
