It's not as fast or streamlined as in other cloud tools. It would be great to have faster bulk processing to save time for teams with large document libraries. Also, while the OCR is helpful, the search itself is still basic and lacks advanced filtering options like file type, date range, folder location, who last modified it, and document status. Partial and fuzzy matching could enhance search efficiency, as currently, you almost need the exact filename or keyword. Having the ability to save searches for things we'd use regularly, like 'all unsigned contracts' or 'client documents updated this month,' would prevent us from rebuilding the same searches daily.
