I love this document storage system! It is super easy to use. Very easy to locate your stored document. I always seem to be in a hurry and leave documents on my desktop. Utilizing Folders Document, I can easily clean up my desktop. Equally locate the document in each labeled folder! All the time. I don't spend time searching my pc for documents (yay)! This things is quite automated where you could perform a inhouse approval system for specific confidential documents, and if there any changes to be requested in the document or the colleague has any more idea to improvise the file then its flexible to leave a comment and promote your opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the file versions storage. it seems as an advantage to store the multiple versions of the same file but it act is unusable for 3 or more versions, storing multiple copies of same file could add load on the server and would eventually affect performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Folderit allows the user to document multiple items across an extensive data collected file. The application can gather data in a large-sized file and allows photos, documents, files, and other sources to be gathered in this one app for easy to share use while remaining private. I dislike the limited options of how to change gathered information. The individual files have to be opened and changed, yet I still like the fact that the items can be arranged within Folderit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature that i use is, OCR search function which let me to search for all my document and files just by searching its keyword. It will scan my entire database of file, and show any document that has the keyword that i search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the most user-friendly document management system I have seen. As a user, what impressed me most was the user interface being highly friendly and intuitive, something that I would not expect from such tools.
