It is a bit more intuitive than Dropbox concerning collaboration and project delegation, but it is a great primary (or backup) business project and file management tool. The cost is pretty reasonable for the collaborative function. As a smaller business, the Silver Plan was a great fit for our needs. It is also really user-friendly. We didn't need any training or anything like that to use the program. This is an awesome tool to manage records and has a lot of better features. It's easy to select files and upload them. Creating folders and subfolders to better organize the records is supported. Records are secure and various levels of access can be given. It also has many sharing options. **What do you dislike about Folderit Document Management?** The UI can be improved. Execution is moderate some of the time, yet that might have been due to network slowness as well. **What problems is Folderit Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really had our own worker's hard drive fail just a couple of months after starting to use Folderit, and we had recently transferred all our data from this local worker to the Folderit cloud. Which completely saved us! We initially planned to keep our own system just for backup but haven't bought another one. No reason to, Folderit is significantly more secure by any standards, plus it saves the costs of the investment. So even though we started using Folderit because of the DMS capabilities more than the storage security, the latter actually saved us from a huge mess.
