Thorough Support and Easy Changes, Though Training and Frame Can Be Cumbersome

Experlogix's support an onboarding is very helpful and thorough. Everytime I have had an issue with the platform, or something I needed assistance with it has been easy to send in a support ticket and get assistance. The folks providing the assistance and training are very knowledgeable and nice, and it is obvious they care about providing a long-term solution to customers. Integrating our database is also easy. I am happy with how fairly straightforward making changes is, especially with the 1 week intensive training, the documentation and the support provided.

It provides customizable templates that simplified our quote creation process allowing easy application of promotional offers or volume discounts and I like that the support team is always helping to ensure we find solutions for customizations that we want to achieve.
