Excellent organization and great functionality

I like that it's easy to develop for and helps users stay compliant. We can block options that we don't want to offer or that aren't available in our products, and it also allows us to program per customer to make sure we always meet their expectations.

Customization-Driven Quoting, Minor Reporting Gaps

I like how Experlogix CPQ has removed the guesswork from quoting installations and can configure proposals for sites that are never quite alike. It captures the specifics of each commercial client site and prices the configuration accurately. The system's flexibility is a standout because it doesn't force me into a rigid template, but instead bends to fit what each client actually needs. This flexibility makes my sales conversations more credible and helps in moving deals along faster. I also appreciate that I can shape a quote around whatever a particular site throws at me, which has greatly improved the customer experience.

Thorough Support and Easy Changes, Though Training and Frame Can Be Cumbersome

|Experlogix CPQ
Experlogix's support an onboarding is very helpful and thorough. Everytime I have had an issue with the platform, or something I needed assistance with it has been easy to send in a support ticket and get assistance. The folks providing the assistance and training are very knowledgeable and nice, and it is obvious they care about providing a long-term solution to customers. Integrating our database is also easy. I am happy with how fairly straightforward making changes is, especially with the 1 week intensive training, the documentation and the support provided.
