It captures the specifics of each commercial client site and prices the configuration accurately. The system's flexibility is a standout because it doesn't force me into a rigid template, but instead bends to fit what each client actually needs. This flexibility makes my sales conversations more credible and helps in moving deals along faster. Experlogix's support an onboarding is very helpful and thorough. Everytime I have had an issue with the platform, or something I needed assistance with it has been easy to send in a support ticket and get assistance. The folks providing the assistance and training are very knowledgeable and nice, and it is obvious they care about providing a long-term solution to customers. Integrating our database is also easy.
