There are areas I would like to see sharpened. The reporting structure feels thin, and I have often wished for fuller user documentation to lean on when I hit something unfamiliar. The inability to extend expiration dates on quotes is another sticking point, since a deal in my territory does not always close on the timeline the system expects. Experlogix's support an onboarding is very helpful and thorough. Everytime I have had an issue with the platform, or something I needed assistance with it has been easy to send in a support ticket and get assistance. The folks providing the assistance and training are very knowledgeable and nice, and it is obvious they care about providing a long-term solution to customers. Integrating our database is also easy.
