Centralising people data and easily accessible. Allows us to capture data in one central area, and we no longer need to use paper (we have become paperless in all our people operations). What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you? We have now fully integrated all platforms and also utilised third party content, Go1 and EAP which have added great value to our processes. Furthermore, we are building extensive content to cover onboarding contracts, variation to contracts, Flexible working requests, Exit interviews, Surveys to include a DSE H&S review, and to enhance our performance management with a revised 1-2-1 process. It provides an effective end to end solution for HR and Payroll integration, centralising filing and reducing admin processing. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Fails to deliver on some pretty fundamental things with leave, rosters, API compliance, terminations and workflow automation. An opaque development system and unresponsive management provide no confidence that the paying consumer is ever actually being attended to.
