I find Employment Hero simple to use, which is a big plus for me. It's easy to access, and I can view team members' approved leave easily. The opportunity to give feedback to the team is another feature I appreciate. I also value the cash back and other perks, as well as the ease of leave approval. It provides an effective end to end solution for HR and Payroll integration, centralising filing and reducing admin processing. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Fails to deliver on some pretty fundamental things with leave, rosters, API compliance, terminations and workflow automation. An opaque development system and unresponsive management provide no confidence that the paying consumer is ever actually being attended to.
