I think Dscout is the best tool for my work as a UX researcher because it fits well with my workflow and has a ton of great features. It supports different ways to do research, configure research tests, and do the analysis, which makes my insights and impact on projects better. The features are very researcher-friendly, and they let me do all the types of qualitative research that I want to be able to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the information architecture of the site can be confusing. The menus, sub-menus, and headings sometimes make it hard to find specific settings, especially within a mission. I'm often not sure where to look for certain settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
