**What do you like best about Bain & Company?**

Though NPS is based on one big question, it incorporates much internal work and helps the organisation understand the internal process in detail while implementing it.

**What do you dislike about Bain & Company?**

It starts with simple things and becomes complicated as you go deeper into the application and development part. Some of the items can be made simpler to help users implement it.

**What problems is Bain & Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used their services for Implementing Net promoter Scores (NPS) in organisations. It was pretty detailed and helped us to understand our organisation in a better way.
