**What do you like best about PBJ Marketing?**

I like how PBJ Marketing helped us clean up our PPC account by suggesting new ideas and keywords, improving our overall digital marketing efforts. Their PPC services were more targeted, helping us see better inbound leads and keeping customers on our website longer. What stands out to me is PBJ Marketing's structured campaign optimization and clear reports, bringing more clarity to our marketing spendings. The transparency and on-time communication were also impressive, alongside their expertise in the B2B manufacturing field. The implementation of Google Ads, analytics tools, and PPC went smoothly with minimal disruptions, which was great. Additionally, the transparency and professionalism of the entire PBJ Marketing team, along with their clear reports and billing process, encourage me to continue and even expand our partnership.

There were some initial hiccups in the beginning, but it was resolved in no time. Other than that, no complaints from me.

I like PBJ Marketing because they helped us improve our PPC and reduce costs. The results were significant, with more visitors and potential customers spending more time on our website. They are experts in what they do, everything was delivered on time, and the communication was great. Although the project is on hold right now, we will definitely hire them in the future.

**What do you dislike about PBJ Marketing?**

Sometimes, the reports could have been better. But, it is not a big deal if I compare it with the overall results of the project.
