All of its key features such as Detailed client and vendor profiling abilities, including personalized marketing and also advanced query and reporting features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that you can build an inventory and easily search for clients and build res cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is definitely not user friendly. The training videos provided are out dated. Getting help generally requires them to take over your computer remotely and takes a couple hours at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Res cards look professional after you figure out where to put the info - took me a couple months to get this correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Integration with Sabre and other travel industry softwares and apps (insurance sales, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not user friendly, outdated look, tied to Sabre - which is outdated software in of itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use ClientBase to store client information - mostly for biographical information, as well as credit card, passport, etc that we can easily pull into Sabre PNRS for air, hotel, and car reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's a very easy product to use. The team picked it up straight away with limited need for much in house training. One of the Market leaders in Travel Booking and CRM. It does exactly what we require it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The support we receive leaves a lot to be desired. Often left waiting for a response and when we do the support engineer is no more skilled than ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Direct access to all travel related business with fast booking. No need to go through travel operators and pay more and have less options for your clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
