What do you like best about Tourwriter?

Its easy set up an itinerary and easy to make changes. I love that you can email suppliers directly from the software and confirmation comes back into the system so you can know exactly what the status of each activity/stage of the itinerary is at.

The software presents a clean, clear and professional looking final product that you can send to clients and all the T&C's etc are included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tourwriter?

It takes some time to input all the suppliers, but they all go into a larger database so in some cases the product/activity/accommodation may already be in the system. There is an upfront time cost in learning the various nuances of the software but once you've got that sorted its good times! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tourwriter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking the status of every part of a complex itinerary is not easy. Tourwriter manages this all within the software.

Enables well presented easy to build/alter itineraries that otherwise would be a real hassle in another format e.g. word doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
