What do you like best about Vamoos?

Vamoos is an excellent tool for delivering clear and comprehensive information to our clients. The app allows us to update materials quickly, helping us stay responsive to client needs and changing conditions on the ground. The team is attentive to our feedback, and the product has continually improved throughout our partnership. The product is attractive, and the interface is pretty user friendly. What do you dislike about Vamoos?

We rely heavily on the Map feature, which is still fairly limited and could benefit from further development. Collaboration can be challenging since only one user can work on a client file at a time, and the backend library would be more effective with improved organization and sorting. What do you like best about Vamoos?

Thanks to the app we can have all the information we need to give our clients in one place instead of sending different documents. This is regarding our villas operation and services, location, island guide with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, things to do, points of interest, etc... What do you dislike about Vamoos?

We find the process of updating our information on the app quite long as the documents are pdf so we have to first modify the pdf then upload it on the template and also each single booking we have already created. What do you like best about Vamoos?

We use Vamoos for custom travel service and at a basic level the best part is that it has let us completely stop sending any paper mailings to our clients. We can send an attractive itinerary plus include all trip preparation documents in one organized place that travelers can access before, during, and after the trip. Also, we can continue to update their app over time with new details and documents. It is easy to use from the back end, and most travelers appreciate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vamoos?

Our least favorite thing about Vamoos is that we can't sub-divide the organization of documents within the two available sections for links/resources/documentaion. This sometimes results in a very long and unwieldy list of links for travelers to peruse and makes it more likely that they will miss important items in their list of files and resources. It's great that we can see when people first download it -- but it would be nice if we could also see how frequently they view it and which pages or items they are viewing. What do you like best about Vamoos?

As a small tour operator it allows us to deliver a huge amount of essential information to our clients in a highly efficient and professional way - it also has a real 'wow' factor which, as they receive it upon booking, gives our customers a fantastic first impression!

What do you dislike about Vamoos?

I wouldn't say it's a negative but you do need to think about how best to populate the app and prepare material accordingly. What do you like best about Vamoos?

Vamoos continues to provide the best on-trip client experience we have come across. The aesthetics are unmatched and fit our brand perfectly. On top of that, both the app and back end do not compromise on functionality and features. It is easy for clients to set up on their devices and straightforward for us to integrate into our pre-trip process. We consistently get glowing reviews from clients using the app for their trips. On top of this, the support from the Vamoos team has been incredibly responsive. They are quick to fix any issues and provide helpful insight into how to better utilize the system to fit our client's needs, not to mention the regular webinars discussing new features and updates based on user feedback. What do you dislike about Vamoos?

It is hard to fault Vamoos when they consistently add new features we request. That being said, Vamoos does not integrate with any of our other technologies, something that leads to some redundancy in our process. Our sales documents are made in a different program that then requires the trip to be re-made in Vamoos when/if a client confirms their booking. There are ways to use Vamoos for this function but they do not quite fit our use case.
